中環嘅一條小巷入面,有間新日式串燒小店, 店內簡約裝修,枱與枱之間空間感十足,感覺好Chill當日仍屬於Soft Opening,未見到final version 燒主題明顯係圍繞著Chicken,Menu想有著雞既各個部位,當日我地就叫左  Chicken Wing $38 Chicken Skin $38 Chicken Soft-bone $38 Chicken Thigh $35 Chicken Breast Soft-bone $38 普遍都係用上簡單既調味,少許鹽,保留食物既原味及應有嘅風味。 雞翼:出面經常食到死鹹又乾柴,Bentori調味剛好,而且由雞翼到雞翼尖都保留到肉汁,肉質依然軟滑,驚喜之作。 Chicken Breast Softbone 不似外面只有一粒軟骨,連著一塊小肉,口感更多層次。  Grilled Tofu $35 外脆內軟,搽上嘅醬汁,鹹甜度適中,好岩胃口。  Zucchini $30  Okra $30 對於每餐都習慣均勻飲食既我,蔬菜一定唔小得。 燒既時間掌握得剛剛好,水份唔會大量流失變成蔬菜乾,但又做到外層香脆嘅效果。  Cheese Moch
