上個星期同朋友去左鑽石山既別府食野,叫左兩款野食。一個係石頭鍋飯,而另一個就係一個西式pizza。本身覺得係日式餐廳食pizza好似有D奇怪,但係食落口又幾好食。味道酸酸甜甜,幾開胃,而且個人偏好薄底既pizza,薄脆既口感一流!!!而個石頭鍋飯亦都整得唔錯,一上檯熱辣辣咁,飯同D餸都燒得好香~~~

好幾年沒有光顧別府....再次光顧餐後仍然有點失望,日式燒豬軟骨醬汁過多味太咸, 手羽雞翅炸後有點縮了不香不脆,加州卷和自製的差不多,牛肉壽慶鍋肥肉偏多菜亦不多湯汁一般。。。。大概再進來的原因是。。。這天等待的人不多不用等太耐坐位亦較寛兩人給四人枱不用搭枱多多多

岩岩係別府叫咗2個飯外賣,一個係鰻魚炒飯,一個係鵝肝炒飯。 一個字: hea! 唔知係咪外賣關係所以特別hea 鰻魚炒飯啲飯又唔熟又硬,口感非常差。個鵝肝炒飯一開蓋得2粒炸過既鵝肝,炸個陣皮似返炸,而且入面粒鵝肝size就似2粒飯既size , 細得可憐。味道好怪,加入酸菜格格不入。今次對別府真係好失望。

本人酷愛蟹籽x青瓜絲x蟹柳絲配沙律醬的味道.

三品刺身(吞拿魚/三文魚/玻璃蝦)
即使沒跟餐也會點的刺身.
雖說日本人認為三文魚不是上品料理, 但對於香港人來說卻是必點菜之一.
三文魚說不上肥美, 橙白線條也不是太分明, 但新鮮, 最怕吃到剛在冰箱拿出上還沾有冰粒的sashimi.
吞拿魚一向麻麻, 只要沒有怪味就合格. (這當然合格)
玻璃蝦自從有一次點壽司點錯了之後, 錯有錯著就愛上了. 蝦身脆口, 令你覺得以一個低價值吃到有口感的海鮮是值回票價!

北海道天婦羅南瓜蕃薯
以北海道做啅頭的天婦羅, 南瓜同蕃薯都嫩口美味. 炸粉不多, 份量以兩人計有7件也不錯.

血地獄拉面
講到血地獄以為辣到飛起, 一大碗紅噹噹. 其實只是做樣, 沒有想像中辣得難入口, 相反有股香辣味令你胃口大開~
材料是傳統的叉燒, 粟米粒, 海苔, 筍子. 叉燒三大片, 但痴牙. 其餘的配料本身就是整個拉面的靈魂, 加上面質易入口, 做得不錯!

鹿兒島黑豚肉紙鍋
第一次吃黑豚肉紙鍋, 以往都是肥牛底.
豬肉薄片變成陪襯品, 像豚骨湯底的熱鍋內放了金菇, 冬菇, 椰菜等點綴. 整個不算出色, 但叫做在二人餐裡有一點點肉類.

抹茶紅豆冰
與友人不約而同要了抹茶紅豆冰. 由細到大都覺得紅豆冰是上流社會的飲料, 可能是每次點餐遇上紅豆冰都要額外加錢吧~
抹茶味是自吃過宇治冰淇淋之後愛上了那苦澀味, 又覺得很高級. 加了忌廉令其苦味中和了.
紅豆之多讓我更愛上整個二人套餐!

今天突然想吃拉麵 所以和爸媽到荷里活廣場去囉吃膩了”味千” 今天就來吃別府吧 哈哈~~XD 爸爸點了《地獄五花腩拉麵》火辣的味道 是爸爸的最愛 他說可以更辣喔 哈哈五花腩蠻嫩的 不會很油 豬肉味還蠻濃的 不錯!我點了《炸雞件拉麵》拉麵的湯頭是濃濃的豬骨湯 味道算是不錯不過喝得出來是有加味精的XD 但這也算還OK炸雞做得不錯 粉皮不算厚 蠻酥的 裡面的雞肉很嫩滑喔!!媽媽點了《义燒拉麵》湯頭和我一樣 唯一的不同就只是义燒而已 =U=但這裡的义燒比較乾柴真讓人懷念日本街頭的义燒《燒牛柳粒》是我們的加菜 XD小小的一份 有的貴呀…不過味道算蠻好吃的!!牛柳肉很嫩 也很有肉汁 燒得蠻好的喔~~

It was fun breaking the hard salt casing!
There was so much salt that it can probably last you for the year if you only add a pinch of salt when you cook!
The potato was rather dry but it came with butter so it tasted really nice.
There was also mentaiko mayonnaise but I felt that it did not taste nice together.
It would have been perfect if they used a proper baking potato then the texture of the potato would be soft and silky inside.

~ 等好耐都唔滾 , d 牛肉可以話係浸熟而唔係淥熟 , 又厚又大塊又韌 , 好唔掂 ,
無配料有少少菜 , 幾舊秀珍菇 , 但係好似無切過咁成大舊放落去就算 .. 馬虎 !!
d 湯就幾好味 , 辣辣地幾惹味 , 所以個底 d 菜吸左 d 湯 , 就係成個鍋可取之一小處

3. 三文魚粟米千島薄餅
~ 個 pizza 底又淋又濕又油 , 幾乎想咬一啖就放棄 , 味道一般 , 千島醬過多 ,
芝士未焗得香 , 仲好濕咁一 pat 野o係面 , 三文魚碎好少 , 就係相中少少淺橙色部份
粟米 , 車厘茄 , 都係一 d 會出水o既食材 , 弄得呢個 pizza 係基乎拎唔起 , 咬落全無口感可言

4. 釜金風三文魚煙肉撈讚岐手打烏冬
~ 煙肉味幾香 , 醬汁裏有 d 三文魚碎 , 煙肉粒似白恰一樣 , 味道全走到醬汁去 ,
十分怪地配上鮮冬菇 , 同個醬汁完全格格不入 , 仲有 d 蝦子 , 有色無味 ,
又唔會飛魚子或蟹籽咁有清脆咬口 , 而且 ... 同一個問題出現 , 跟個白汁唔襯
而所謂o既手打烏冬 , 煙韌滑溜全無佢份 ,而呢個白汁煙肉係應該撈意粉先對味囉

多次路過,看到的都是等位的群眾,這天來個早晚飯,不用等位。九州拉麵:同叉燒拉麵o既分別,我諗只係塊肉度,兩塊肉係燒o既,確係好食過叉燒拉麵嗰舊叉燒,香口啲,但係就小家啲,得兩塊,碗麵份量唔多,男士會唔夠,湯底都同叉燒拉麵無乜分別;吉列豬扒拉麵:久等了,橫切面睇,就會見到係兩塊薄豬肉拼合而成,無乜肉汁,不至於柴皮,個皮唔錯,好脆口而且唔油,不過包唔住舊豬扒,夾起就會皮扒分離;燒無骨牛肋配胡麻醬:牛肋唔似燒,似炆,食落似牛腩,唔韌,配胡麻醬正;蘋果雪葩:之前喺金水食過,好正,呢度竟然有,馬上叫一個,蘋果味無金水咁濃,面仲有啲冰粒,$45個,係貴。2人合共$200,環境舒適,服務亦好,為了蘋果雪葩,會再來的!

好多年前食過別府,今次諗住就腳選了這間分店慶祝生日,點知食物味道完全不入流。除左鰻魚飯幾好之外,其他都唔得。鰻魚飯雖然好味,但太細碟了。豬軟骨拉麵無味壽司勁細件芥茉餃子無骨雞翼,無芥茉味,而且唔好味牛油帶子勁細粒,這樣餸都幾難整唔好味,真係要比個叻給個廚師。PIZZA無餸又無味總結係差差差..............................
