今日同朋友去尖沙咀行街,順便搵嘢食,喺亞士厘道附近發現一間好有香港風情的茶餐廳。雖然係一間茶餐廳,佈置也件心思,佈滿了七八十年代的海報,牆身地板,好有懷舊感覺,坐得舒服,唔會太迫。外面還有外賣麵包。美食推介生炸雞髀煎雙蛋飯招牌食物,雞髀大大隻,生炸起嚟又唔會太乾身,還能保持肉汁,醬汁可自由選擇,太陽蛋非常吸引。公司燴意粉公司即係火腿漢堡扒午餐肉,也有太陽蛋,意粉不過不失。夠大碟大滿足。炸魚柳薯條新鮮即炸,薯條超多,波浪紋嗰種,魚柳好新鮮,啖啖肉,不會得脆漿,有驚喜。雪糕菠蘿包招牌甜品,菠蘿包夾住雪糕,菠蘿包溫度控制得唔錯,太熱會把雪糕溶掉,雪糕能夠保持完整,菠蘿包還能保持脆脆外皮和包底,相當唔錯,值得推介。總括來講,價錢親民,有噱頭有誠意,值得推介。

今日有需要去尖沙咀,因為約了朋友。唔知點解個friend 好想食港式茶餐廳,便在廣東道行來行去,結果行到這間冰室。本來想試瑞士汁雞翼,但見到個生炸雞脾,又好似是主打時,便想試下。生炸一定熱氣的,個賣相都不錯,味道ok,可以在入味方面加一點功夫。而奶茶是不錯的茶味。今次彩蛋是。。。一講到冰室,大家都會想起去食下午茶,食西多士,飲冷奶茶。可惜的是香港本土的懷舊冰室已經買小見小,有人說現在衹有20間餘下了。可能再過一段時間,要找真正的港式冰室,便要去溫哥華或多倫多找了,因為他們上一代移民時,他們同時帶正宗的味道去了。

下午行經保頓冰室,見裝潢懷舊,便進去坐坐。坐下要了一份蛋撻茶餐,服務員非常勤快有禮。蛋撻是曲奇餅底,雖然蛋味一般,但端上桌也是有溫度的,但茶餐才$32,是沒得說的。不過熱駌鴦就出奇地深色,而且味道極為苦澀。因為太不堪入口,走人算數一。埋單時告訴掌櫃一聲,可能他在投入唱歌中,敷衍說了句,“可能咖啡落得太多定奶放得唔夠”!
