It took around 20-25 mins to get the food ready, so basically we only had half an hour to finish our meals (if you’re looking for a place to enjoy a proper meal and spend time with friends or families, you’d prefer elsewhere). If this was a fast food restaurant then this service would be understandable. In terms of food quality, it is acceptable. Service quality is poor given its price range. Although this branch is newly opened, the restaurant still needs to train their staff better in customer service, reservation management and operation efficiency.

佢哋嘅豬扒、牛扒真係好好食,
雖然lunch set只係薄切/每樣份量唔算多,但每一啖都食到香濃肉味,唔係調味料嘅功勞,而係出自舊肉本身。


自家製香腸同埋煙肉都唔錯,
尤其是煙肉脆卜卜😁😁正!

趁閒日沒有太多人約埋親友入去愉景灣,乘機定埋位去Bones & Blades 食個lunch 。西環和西貢就試過好多次,今次試吓新店,食物品質及味道一流我至愛的酥炸五花腩,炸雞漢堡飽,香脆美味,煎牛扒及羊架肉質鮮嫩可口,還有炸薯條及炸番薯條,都不能抗拒,連同自家製的茄汁和BBQ醬都與別不同,呀!忘記咗個肉骨清湯,飲完感覺沒有加味精同埋個啲骨膠還在口腔內。侍應還介紹其他款式及甜品,但我們食得好滿足,下次再試其他食物喔!

放咗工見到呢間餐廳新開諗住試吓,都知道收費有返咁上下。但係估唔到最後係「black」店!!!先從餐牌上講價錢並非便宜,先坐下啦。侍應話可以到肉櫃揀牛扒,我哋揀嘅係400g重嘅紐西蘭和牛同埋一塊肉眼扒200g,係肉櫃嘅價錢加埋大概五百幾蚊。但係當買單嘅時候發覺張單淨係塊和牛$704塊肉眼扒$238。買單時候侍應態度惡劣咁佢話現場加工費要100%。侍應從開始一直都冇提示要收加工費,現場無論餐牌上牆壁上都沒有一張告示。後來喺回家途中睇討論區發覺已經好多人埋怨緊呢間舖頭收費㗎啦。自己中咗伏,希望喺呢度講出嚟等大家唔好步我後塵。愉景灣每個星期都咁多遊客幫襯,真係鄧佢哋好唔抵⋯⋯
