週末, 同一大班朋友遊完船河🌊一落船即刻好肚餓, 如果唔想食碼頭嘅海鮮餐 , 呢度係唔錯嘅選擇👍🏻佢嘅概念有啲似外國 butcher + diner, 喺雪櫃度揀咗自己鍾意食嘅肉類同部分, 就可以叫佢入去煮, 保證材料新鮮, 原汁原味, 我就揀咗rib eye 朋友揀咗pork belly遊完船河, 消耗咗咁多體力, 食返淡淡肉嘅晚餐, 加杯啤酒就perfect喇😁👍🏻值得一讚嘅係, 佢哋有自家手工做嘅香腸, 食完飯我都買咗少少返屋企做餸✌🏻

Disappointed with them, Catching with old friend and they didn't have the chicken monthly special. Such a bummer make a trip to Sai kung for the dish and they told me they don't have it. Marketing and the mangagment should have better communication. End up ordered something I don't really want since I only eat white meat only. This was my second time visit bones n blade. I would recommend but I won't go there anymore unless someone is in town.

今時今日要搵間食得落肚嘅牛扒舖頭的確係有啲難度而且仲要價錢平同埋合理依間舖頭可以做到以上嘅要求裝修幾西化有人感覺輕鬆得來認真😄職員人數唔多，服務態度好所以如果舖頭多人嘅時候真係可能要等一等呢度嘅牛扒選擇都幾多同埋呢度有好多草飼牛選擇今次嚟到叫咗個牛肉他他味道調得幾好兩款牛扒煎工就見仁見智啦我覺得係睇心情嘅感覺🤪因為個火喉不一致出嚟個效果，我覺得可以薯條果汁，做得幾出色可以一試朋友仔們，如果想試啲食得過嘅牛扒呢間真係一個不錯嘅選擇
