歷史悠久的扒房非這間於六十年代開業的 #波士頓餐廳。基本上每次突然想鋸扒的話都會選擇這間。不過當然愈食愈貴吧。但是除了價錢增加外,食物感覺變化還是不大。🥩鴛鴦扒 (HKD 188)  是套餐來所以包括了餐包、餐湯和一杯餐飲。這裡的羅宋湯足料之餘,不會太酸,配餐包吃剛好。鴛鴦扒是豬扒 + 牛柳,選了很惹味的黑椒汁。豬扒很香口軟嫩,牛柳也是非常細嫩多汁加上意粉、薯條和配菜都幾飽。如果肚子還有空位,可以考慮一下吃甜品。🍫朱古力心太軟伴雪糕 (HKD 79)真的有做到流心的效果,而且非常香濃。

之前晚上經過這餐廳,常常都很多人,一直都好想試試。今天,星期六,下午4:30來到,直入不用排隊。原先諗住點下午茶餐,但店員在收起餐牌,在派晚餐鐵板餐牌,沒有其他菜式,可能因為是父親節前一天吧。追問下,服務員才拎午餐餐牌給我們。只有A, B兩款餐,我們都點T骨扒餐,不能要求牛扒生熟程度。T骨牛扒來到,肉的部份很難据開,十分硬實。而且份牛扒,超級多肉筋,跟本砌不開。雖然我們點的是比較平價的午餐,但相比其他一般茶餐廳的牛扒,也未試過這樣差的肉質。以後不用對這餐廳有期望了。

已經好耐冇到訪過波士頓餐廳,今次我哋決定去懷緬吓兒時嘅回憶,睇吓味道係咪同以前一樣。首先,餐包有溫度,餐湯都幾好飲,足料。主菜方面,我揀咗精選肉眼扒配黑椒汁,五成熟。而另一半就揀咗火焰牛柳配蒜蓉汁,都係唔成熟。一開始食嘅時候,個侍應會俾你見識下名副其實嘅火焰牛柳,而食肉眼扒應該嘅時候,侍應亦都會好細心提醒你要用紙巾擋住面前好熱嘅鐵板。正所謂一熱遮三醜,一開始食嘅時候覺得味道還好,當食到差不多一半嘅時候,就感覺到餐廳用咗梳打粉去醃腍啲肉。餐飲方面,我哋都係飲凍奶茶,偏甜多奶。總括而言,今次純粹係想懷緬吓以前食西餐嘅感覺同埋味道。味道冇變,值得一讚嘅係侍應嘅服務態度,有禮貌。

我接觸這港式扒房的時間相對較短, 就是在第一份工作的時候, 這裏是我的飯堂, 因為方便而私隱度比較高, 這裏提供的就是如金鳳及森美等港式鐵板牛扒, 肉質當然不能和高級扒房媲美, 但給我們的就是童年時的回憶感, 第一是將黑椒汁放入鐵板上發出渣渣聲的聲音, 第二就是用上特大塊的紙巾當作餐巾圍着頸子, 除了防止黑椒汁彈在自己身上, 也有一種高級西餐的虛榮感.除了鐵板牛扒外, 這裏的火焰牛柳是其他港式扒房沒有的, 將牛柳插在不鏽鋼條上, 當然之前經過處理,在上碟之前淋上烈酒作最後燃燒, 吃起來有少少酒香, 但最重要的當然是視覺效果. 同樣的處理方法, 也在經典甜品火焰雪山上可以見到, 這裏的是傳統的大塊兒, 表面的蛋白微微烤香, 內裏是朱古力蛋糕和雪糕, 以我現在的年紀當然吃不消, 但人越大就是想找回這種回憶.

阿爸好鍾意呢間餐廳,今年生日又帶佢嚟食。不過最差係無得訂位,仲要人齊先入得。雖然阿爸仲行得走得,但都71歲啦🙃唯有通知各位快d飛過嚟。仲要本身係想成家人齊齊整整食生日飯,改為唔等我老公,唔想阿爸等太耐。本身已經預咗係食住等,餐廳就驚死你霸住個位唔食野。我都明老牌餐廳買少見少,無得訂位都算啦,要我夠一半人先入座都可以接受,但要我等齊人先安排座位,然後上到去比我見到有張檯係留咗比人。咁到底係有冇得訂檯先?食物方面,不過不失,選擇算多,份量係超值。

12月31號都無加價,過咗晚飯peak hour ,9:15pm等一陣就入座,意外驚喜,二百幾蚊唔係梳打扒,係鐵板,又坐得舒服,性價比高,服務都唔差(無其他comment講咁差)。除夕,兩個鐵板餐連加一$473,一個火焰牛柳,一個西冷牛扒,我自己鍾意西冷多過牛柳多根。連餐湯(一個白湯忌廉湯無洋蔥正,一個紅湯羅宋湯好濃)配薯菜,曲薯條好好味。仲有餐茶。成餐飯好滿意,懷舊又好味,又唔貴。我會再encore。題外話,9:30pm last order。

同老公行街,係灣仔吾知食咩好,老公諗起佢有同事介紹過一間懷舊扒房係灣仔,我地就上openrice 搵食啦,去到排左一陣隊,上樓梯一層,好懷舊既店,點左雜扒和招牌菜火焰牛柳,店員表演火焰鐵板好精彩,牛柳有牛肉味,非常有水準。
