今日唔洗點打機,又未煮飯,等我又追下po先XD我好鍾意食越南粉,但同laksa一樣,香港好難搵到間好食,呢間係公司附近但無去過,睇個價錢其實都唔太想試,因為怕會失望,但有一日行過聞到好香,於是就心思思咁...過左幾日,男人話不如去試下,否則我都應該唔會死心XD其實比預想好食,但呢個價位會expect佢再好食尐,同埋食得出有味精,所以係可以試但未必翻兜系列...一個生牛一個牛根,牛根都唔係un,但唔講得上好“林”,而且都幾貴下,所以我會覺得佢唔值呢個價,不過佢走高檔路線,睇你要環境定要碗野,我個人比較cheap,環境不太重要...

第一次食呢間越南河係佢新開果陣,果陣既同事又唔怕貴又鍾意試新野。成間餐廳既格局同點餐果d都完全唔似普通既越南菜餐廳,反而同附近豚王,大勝軒果d好似,睇住廚師整牛河,都幾有趣。佢一碗越南河或者撈檬要成舊水,但都不乏食客,lunch都係要排隊先有得食。我記得果陣我食撈檬,味道唔錯既。個送唔記得係烤雞定烤豬,烤得好有燒烤味。今次就試番佢既牛河。牛河湯底幾有牛味,清清地帶d甜味。牛肉係薄身既,口感真係幾好,雖然冇之前我同事講到入口即溶咁誇,但都係幾嫩。配菜夠多,成碗麵整體都整得幾好,份量都夠。落單都好似拉麵店咁用紙剔,有得叫佢落extra既牛油,如果叫左可能個牛味會更上層樓。

牛河湯底幾有牛味,清清地帶d甜味。牛肉係薄身既,口感真係幾好,雖然冇之前我同事講到入口即溶咁誇,但都係幾嫩。配菜夠多,成碗麵整體都整得幾好,份量都夠。落單都好似拉麵店咁用紙剔,有得叫佢落extra既牛油,如果叫左可能個牛味會更上層樓。

Quick lunch by myself and saw no queue outside. This restaurant with open kitchen and a bit hot if you are sitting right in front of the kitchen.The beef is soft and juicy. The pho and soup is nice but the portion is just good for me so I think too small for man.

咩事呢間小店咁多人,仲咁多外國人,明明係食越南菜。今日終於試到~~叫左碗熟牛河,各類配菜:芽菜、蔥、香葉,有得揀份量,呢個好細心,又照顧到唔同人既口味。近$100食碗麵冇餐飲應該有點要求。連湯底麵可以揀濃、正常、淡。碗麵黎到,梗係先飲淡湯。湯掂呀,好濃,雖然店內冇提到個湯底係用左幾多隻牛去煮,但就係好味。飲多幾啖就覺得口渴,大概知點解咁好味,同埋個湯底點解都有得揀口味。麵質好滑。到主角牛牛,一碗有8-9片,牛質夠淋,煮得入味,有少少肥,平時唔食咁多肉既我都食得晒。呢碗麵係高質既,唔怪得咁多人排隊。

原來鰂魚涌都有好多越南🇻🇳餐館,數一數都有五六間,質素有高有低,在對手標榜是抵食夾大碗的競爭之下,呢間絕對是走另一條高檔路線,「生牛肉河粉🍜」及「春卷撈檬🍜」怎樣將基本食品變得夠特別,湯底相當重要,選料新鮮亦是賣點。食落確實是很不錯,食得出是質素取勝。春卷即炸熱辣辣,但問題在於份量是相對地比較少,男士絕對是不足以飽肚,看來加底是必需的,性價比低要留意,價格偏高引致留客翻兜比較有點困難。🥢

又係發掘lunch嘅好地方嘅時候!聽同事講Brass Spoon唔錯,所以搵個lunch去試試。舖頭比我想像中細,如果一大班同事黎就要早d黎啦。我地兩個都叫左最傳統嘅生熟牛肉河,可以揀唔要d咩配料。湯夠熱,牛骨味濃,牛肉同河粉嘅質素都好,不過份量有d少。所以我地另外叫左份春卷,新鮮炸起唔錯。金色嘅羹比較聚手,食起上黎有d重。唯一就係價錢比較貴,唔會係經常黎食lunch嘅地方,不過偶爾返工獎勵一下都可以嘅

生熟牛肉分明,唔會落到湯熟哂,而且生牛肉比熟牛肉滑,不過熟牛肉都唔會好鞋。

Don’t usually give any reviews but the experience is so disappointing that I need to feedback!I ordered the raw beef pho in soup and requested no spring onions, when the dish arrived, I can see spring onions floating in the bowl so I had to get the waitstaff to change and reiterated that I don’t eat spring onions. I ordered the raw beef pho in soup and requested no spring onions, when the dish arrived, I can see spring onions floating in the bowl so I had to get the waitstaff to change and reiterated that I don’t eat spring onions. She immediately checked the system and confirmed whether I did indicate within the order form... then she took it back to the kitchen, without apologies, she thrown the utensils on my place mat with poor attitude.


5 secs later, she served another bowl (still) with spring onions!!

I just lost the will to clarify and finished that pho.

This is just disappointing and the food wasn’t tasty (maybe due to the service I experienced)

Without beverages, the lunch was $90.
For people who read this review,
if you prefer viet food in TaiKoo area, I will recommend you just walk across the road (30 secs), there is a Nha Trang just next to the park.
Their food is more tasty, cheaper and with good service.

還沒有去過Brass Spoon 中環本店底灣仔分店,經過發現鰂魚涌開了新店,既然不用等候當然要立馬一試。於香港吃得太多雲雲種種的PHO,開始不懂何為出色的PHO⋯⋯Brass Spoon的價位比其他高,亦為Michelin推介餐廳之一,可能因此對它期望太高吧⋯ Pho 的湯底、麵質、肉質都沒有錯,是好吃的,但是好像沒有驚喜吧!用牛骨及慢煮烹調了十六小時的湯底就是如此而已? 店其實好像仍然沒有正式開張吧?窗口邊發現長長的masking tape..... 🙊
