收工很餓決定去太安樓掃街快食晚餐。聽同事講有間煎餅係北京口味覺得好好奇,所以去到就第一時去試下先。門面一如太安樓特色,簡單,方便,透明。煎餅選擇比我想像中多,我以為得4—5款。另外仲有飲品供應:豆漿/玉米汁/酸梅汁。最正係仲有北京涼粉,但我太餓只想食咸食,所以淨係叫咗個北京烤鴨煎餅。俾完錢就企一邊等,OPEN KITCHEN 可以隔住玻璃睇製作過程。一邊睇一邊諗緊自己會唔會食唔哂,因為見到店員不斷加材料落塊餅到。好!足!料!咁就睇已經見到有好多紅蘿蔔絲,青瓜絲同烤鴨。拎上手果下好熱,完全食唔到,想由底部慢慢推佢出黎都有難度,唯有整爛個紙袋慢慢試下咬。第一啖食到好多嘢,具體味道太雜亂。慢慢食落去有北京烤鴨醬嘅味,唔算太濃烈,係咸咸地嘅燒醬味。好可惜,餅底好淋,又熱又油,食到成手都係水同油嘅混合。材料係好足,份量超大,睇得出店員好有心做,不過味道真係不算太特出,不過不失啦。自己一個女仔食完真係超級飽。

最近太安樓開左好多新餐廳,有好多掃街新選擇。呢間北京煎餅一開張已經好吸引我,但係每次都好多人排,得一個人做野,所以要等好耐,所以次次都冇食。今次經過見佢冇人排隊,拿拿聲落單!叫左個辣既孜然羊肉煎餅,店員見我地兩個人都好好人問我地洗唔洗分開兩個袋。等左冇耐,就熱辣辣送到手!都幾大份,而且入面好多料,煎餅皮唔似手抓餅個d酥皮,似係pancake個類,餅皮有加黑白芝麻,仲有雞蛋。到餡料方面,入面有羊肉、紅蘿蔔絲、青瓜絲、生菜、仲有一塊脆皮,我唔知係咩黎,但全部野加埋一齊,口感好豐富之餘,意外地好夾。雖然叫左辣、但食落冇乜辣味,醬料有d甜。最近影相po上ig或者facebook仲有杯野飲送。有芒果西米露同粟米汁揀。有著數我緊係唔執輸啦,揀左芒果西米露,冇唸過免費既野都幾好飲wo,初初以為係個d假芒果味既芒果汁,但飲落完全唔係,係幾濃味既芒果汁,而且幾'傑',唔係溝左好多水個d,正啊!

太安樓呢間北京煎餅店一直都想試但奈何份量比較大同飽肚難得朋友仔肯開心share先試到於是嗌左個北京烤鴨煎餅一路睇住店員放好多料落個煎餅到未食已經覺得會好飽一拎上手熱辣辣,影完相就急不及待試下估唔到個餅皮一啲都唔油亦都唔會濕淋淋,係可以拎住黎食(平時個啲通常淋到拎唔起黎食)餅皮帶點蛋香,很不錯👍🏻餡料真係超多,有勁多菜,青瓜絲,紅蘿蔔絲,最正就係有薄脆,增加口感其實烤鴨都不少,但可能因為其他配料比較多,同埋個醬汁不夠濃,令到個味道比較淡,如果再濃味啲就更好🤤

上網見到新開咗間北京煎餅舖,d款仲會周不時更新,就即刻想去試下!叫咗個孜然羊肉煎餅重申,本人真係好中意食羊肉,亦都好中意食孜然味串燒!但係佢呢個只係一個充滿油嘅蔬菜羊肉餅,而個餅亦無咩麵粉香或者韌性,食落真係有哂quota感覺上網睇到老闆花咗好多時間研究,我都十分欣賞不過在場見員工嘅手藝都不太純熟,個餅爛曬都包落個袋俾人我好彩唔係個個客,而且搞到佢成手油,建議考慮下落少d油,客人睇到會無咁有罪惡感
