今日屋企人去買咗兩個酸種包，買到返屋企我已經問點解會係深啡色，我之前都在這間舖頭買個酸種包，並唔係咁深色的。家人既然買咗返嚟，我就當係佢今次買嘅係全麥酸種包，大麥粉焗完會咁深色，點知切開嘅時候見到，啲麵包根本就係焗燶咗。亦都因為燶咗所以啲皮好硬好難切，最後要促進九牛二虎之力，至可以切曬個底啲燶到好似炭咁嘅邊。我上個月都幫襯過呢間舖頭，當時買嘅酸種包並唔係呢種顏色，所以今日啲麵包燶曬，間舖頭冇可能唔知，但係都仲可以拎出嚟賣，真係非常冇道德。老老實實以後都唔敢幫襯呢間舖頭。 continue reading

疫情之前成日食，覺得啲包好足料，最近行過又走去買。法式焦糖蛋撻見到個酥皮撻外型好吸引，買咗一個，可能已經係下午，啲酥皮已經唔太脆，皮底有啲厚，入面啲蛋漿比想像中少，不過唔會太甜，加返少少分～特價面包睇返唔特價時，要$10一個，而家特價$20/4。以特價黎睇都還可以，如果原價買，真係餡少咗啲，味道都普通～ continue reading
