環境都ok哩間麵包店, 一入門口就見到,好多好多, 就買幾款試試喇迷你紅莓大巨蛋 , 相當奇怪的名字, 是迷你還是巨大? 好哲學的感覺. 紅莓味不太濃, 不過甜, 適合早上食咯咖椰寶寶, $12四件, 每件小小的, 包是幾鬆軟, 咖椰醬好少, 但就幾香口. 一人分吃兩件份量剛好.下次可以試試其他口味!

23/10/2010 (星期六)今天去尖沙咀做運動,順便去海港城,行過新港中心的Food Court見到這間食店,我去新加坡旅行都有食過這間食店,覺得唔錯,於是入去試下。我叫咗一個喇沙套餐(包飲品),再補錢轉薏米水。喇沙:大大碗,料又多,蝦、芽菜、魚片、豆腐干乜都有,喇沙湯底香濃帶少少辣味,夠晒醒胃。薏米水: 我每次去新加坡旅行都會飲,味道甜甜地,杯底又有好多薏米,都幾好飲。

Beef rendang is something local HK people would not know how to appreciate. Unfortunately I'm not sure who will appreciate this version

1. the rendang is sour! I'm not sure since when rendang is supposed to be sour?!? Why is it sour?!?! and still too watery

Coffee was decent to good traditional kopitiam style

I'm going out for lunch now but I'm hesitant to try their laksa. Maybe this is a Singaporean - Malaysian thing. My Malaysian genes always tells me that nothing from Singapore can be good because all the genuine cooking styles in Singapore originated from Malaysia. Its quite sad that there is no way we can find "decent" Singapore/Malaysian food in HK due to the different palate the local has, which the restaurants here have to cater to or go bankrupt

But in all fairness, I love BreakTalk, its awesome though slightly more expensive than the usual HK bread shop but the materials used are better. Some are high calories with lots of cheese and sugar but still I eat them everyday and go one extra round to the gym

看完《告白》後行到新港中心吃土司工坊~ 今次係第2次食~ 好掛住杯美綠恐龍~~~
我地2個人食, 叫左2個餐2份~

重點當然係杯美綠恐龍(跟餐+$8... 有d貴呢...
), 又靚, 又凍, 又夠朱古力味!!! 好正!!!

Toast Box與Bread Talk合埋在同一餐廳食評,實在不對,因為兩者質素十分有別。所以有必要一分開提供食評。Bread Talk麵包價格不廉宜,所以今次五週年,維期兩星期的全店買四送一,meet到實在要找緊!斑蘭咖椰土司$14.5,麵包不用吃到咖央醬部份,也很有斑蘭味!驚喜!星加玻名產,果然是做得好呀!蘋果太妃$8,不見所謂「內層是大大粒蘋果肉」,反而有提子乾,肉桂粉也下得少。不過各樣材料輕輕的帶過,倒有種天然蘋果香走出來。南瓜朱古力蛋糕$8,朱古力成香蕉黑絲般的幼狀,好處是沒搶到南瓜暗地的存在質感。反而南瓜籽不少。牛油蛋糕不算油,十分Loaf cake的”立”糯。忌廉芝士提子包$7,忌廉芝士只有中間一小pet,所以好像在吃提子包而已,加上現在的「化學化」麵包程式造出來的麵包,輕飄飄,像吃了兩啖甜甜地的麵包。麥片合桃提子包$9,面朕的燕麥發出頗強的麥草味,麵包芯又乾又實,幸好有不少提子乾,若非如此,此麵包都幾寡!很喜歡 Bread Talk的麵包/蛋糕創意,質素也很滿意!

「土司工坊」一開業已愛上它!但好像越吃越不好吃(看人流比以前少很多了,都知道一二)。就是無乜胃口,但總要吃點東西。行了很多想吃的店,不是執笠了,就是餐牌沒了想吃的東西。見這裡有通粉,求其吃點東西,俾多次機會佢啦。餐蛋通,嘩!!與相片大不同囉!!這裡不是大賣荷包蛋既咩!!?何解會出這隻,很明顯煎老了的蛋上枱架!!?韌皮到不得不吐!!這隻煎蛋根本應該要報消!!!!!!!!總之不能給人客吃啦!!當時心情不好,沒氣力叫她換!!硬食了!!通粉又腍,湯底是出前一丁,午餐肉煎唔香,而且極咸!!熱美祿好飲,全靠佢加得多美祿粉而已……!唔好意思,它比茶記多了的美祿粉,是要多付出$3的。好野,來得不是必然的。

Today's breakfast Breadtalk again This time beside buying 麥片合桃提子包 (HK$9) & 法式葡萄 (HK$6). I also chose another healthy bread: 水果愛 水果愛(HK$20) : Although is very expensive, it's really worth after trying. It is a wheat hard bread mixed with six kinds of dry fruit and nuts. No sugar, No butter and No egg.Since each bread was cut into several pieces by staff before packing, choose 厚切. The more thicker, the more rich in texture.

水果愛(HK$20) : Although is very expensive, it's really worth after trying. It is a wheat hard bread mixed with six kinds of dry fruit and nuts. No sugar, No butter and No egg.

Since each bread was cut into several pieces by staff before packing, choose 厚切. The more thicker, the more rich in texture.

I really love eating bread (especially 法國麵包 with dried fruits)....Everyday before going to work, I will spend lots of time in different 麵包店 and choose my favourite bread. In these few months,I enjoy "shopping" in Breadtalk. As I can purchase healthy bread (without suger and butter) there. Today, I brought two kinds of healthy bread: 麥片合桃提子包 (HK$9): super 紮實 and 煙韌, with lots of 合桃及葡萄乾 inside. And the bread is very cprisy because of 麥片 on top.
