Brew Bros Coffee (石塘咀) (Closed)

Brew Bros Coffee in Sheung Wan is very close to my apartment.   I rarely go there because whenever I go to there it  seems to be full of people. I was surprised to find their branch at the corner of Hill Road and Po Tuk Road after shopping at Center Street Market. 以往一直有去上環的brew bros coffee, 得知同一團隊最近在西環香港大學站附近開了新店，就趁著聖誕節的長假去探訪一下吧！浴著山道往上走，經過西營盤熟食中心後，就看見新店了（斜路其實都頗斜，但吃貨為了食物是可以排除萬難的）新店跟舊店的內部裝修分別不大，最大的不同在於新店的外牆是清新的淺藍色，還有一個大大的窗口，可以和朋友倚著窗口享受著室外的陽光（如果怕晒，還是可以坐進室內的）這天我們二人選擇了在室內坐著談天，時間尚早，我們點了兩份早餐，分別是avocado toast 和 Jamon & scrambled egg with cheese. 友人的Avocado Toast 看起來很新鮮，我的scrambled egg 也很不錯，炒蛋很滑火腿很香除了食物外，我們也點了chai tea 和 matcha latte. 第一次在brew bros點matcha latte, 沒想到抹茶味比想像中香濃，身為抹茶怪的人一定要試！吃完一份早餐跟抹茶後其實已經很飽，但我們還是堅持要再吃多一份canele還記得早幾年在法國第一次吃到時的驚喜，一直念念不忘就想再吃一口。可能是做法太複雜吧，這
