To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友近期搬到大圍,咁近我,自然要去探一探佢,放工後到大圍搵佢食飯,剛好可以逛逛大圍新商場「圍方」,地點好方便,一出港鐵站就直接到著,商場好大,寬敞,行都行得開心舒服啲,食店選擇頗多,而且間間都頗大,坐得都舒服啲。探朋友梗要食好西,朋友就揀食Brick Lane,之前食過尖沙咀分店,都很不錯。大圍店更加大更加寬敞,坐得更加舒服,而且裝修好有英倫feel,唔講真係以為去咗英國。現時餐廳做緊優惠,惠顧主菜可以免費送餐酒或啤酒或蛋糕,超開心。 🌟Fresh Oyster Set(6pcs)($248) 見到呢個生蠔set 幾抵,還送一杯白酒,好耐無食蠔嘅我立即order。 生蠔新鮮,味道鮮甜,口感清爽,海水味濃郁,夏天食啱晒,配埋白酒一流,一人食3隻唔太夠,早知一人一set 好了🤭🌟蟹肉牛油果沙律($148) 蟹肉份量充足,蟹肉鮮味,配埋牛油果及沙律菜,清新健康又好味😋🌟黑安格斯肉眼扒(12oz)($388) 想吃牛扒,所以特別點了這個安格斯肉眼扒,份量好充足,2個人食都好足夠,肉眼軟腍入味,而且肉汁滿滿,食完大滿足🤩🌟香煎海鱸魚柳配番紅花海蜆濃汁($208) 另一個主菜就點了海鱸魚,第一次試呢個配搭,幾特別。海鱸魚煎得香脆,皮脆而魚肉緊緻,配埋番紅花海蜆濃汁同吃,另一種食法,鮮味立即再提升。 🍹Flaming Passion/ Green Garden($98@) 吃西餐當然要點杯cocktails, 分別點了Flaming Passion,呢杯好靚好適合打卡,用上Vodka做酒底,配上熱情果、莯蘿汁及檸檬汁,味道酸酸甜甜,酒味又不會太濃,好味。另外朋友點的Green Garden 則充滿泰國風,用Rum 酒做底,,配上青瓜汁,青檸汁及羅勒,味道好fresh 好清新。 continue reading

Brick Lane是一間英式餐廳,一直想試,剛好去逛圍方,終於有機會試下。餐廳佈置有少少英式酒吧嘅感覺。我哋兩個人坐喺埋邊,有時難啲搵侍應,收碟亦較慢,缺人手呢個似乎係香港食肆嘅共通困難😓。餐廳有Dinner set,唔多啱心水,所以選擇自己點。要左炸魚薯條、蟹肉牛油果沙律、啤酒罐燒雞,最後再加上甜品混亂伊頓。蟹肉牛油果沙律🥑🥗一般餐廳嘅沙律係酸酸地,但呢度嘅蟹肉牛油果沙律係咸嘅,好特別。份量吾算好多,兩個人食剛好。炸魚薯條🐟🍟英國出名嘅菜式,炸魚外表脆香,裡面魚幾滑,薯條粗身,輕輕炸,口感剛好,唔會太硬。啤酒罐燒雞🍗攞出嚟時表皮未燒,碟上放啤酒罐,上面放整隻雞,在枱上點火燒。隻雞吾大。著晒火咁燒,燒完就攞返入廚房切,再攞返出嚟口口。味道相對淡,唔知同我吾食皮有冇聯係。甜品🍧混亂伊頓睇openrice,諗住喺個蛋包球,裡面有雪糕。覺得特別,所以就叫,點知嚟到係一個玻璃杯裝住,一層層咁,同之前嘅相完全吾同。整體來說,味道吾錯,環境舒服。 continue reading
