旺角一間樓上火鍋店好有香港特色風味,環境似港式大排檔。好有懷舊feel。坐底之後,侍應會先拎醬油配料俾我哋。我地點左花膠豬骨煲湯底,有幾隻花膠仔係湯底入面, 入面仲有好多大大舊既豬骨,蘿蔔,粟米等。湯底好清甜。蜂巢豆腐白牛帕葉,十分爽口彈牙水魷,好抵食,夠新鮮 淥一陣就夠,因為好快會縮,燙熟後爽口易咬,口感同魷魚好大分別。蟹籽蝦滑,口感爽滑,灼完都好彈牙好爽滑海螺串,灼完都食得出鮮味,好有咬口。合時蔬菜,蔬菜好新鮮,好大份。

長沙灣嗰間老三火鍋我就成日食,旺角依家呢就真係第一次黎。環境方面比長沙灣嗰間寬闊好多,坐得比較舒服。咁一坐低梗係返半隻老鴨湯底先啦,半隻鴨兩個人食啱啱好啦。個湯一嚟到滾左之後,姐姐就好好服侍咁幫我地裝左兩碗湯。飲咗兩碗湯先,湯底濃郁、鮮甜、冇味精、原汁原味。喺食物方面,我地兩個人就點咗兩隻蟶子皇,手切肥牛,炸響鈴,野生竹笙,魚皮餃,同埋一碟油麥菜。飲品我哋就叫咗小麥草蘆薈汁,唔會太甜,夏天飲啱晒清涼解渴。呢度啲炸響鈴係自己係自己整嘅即叫即炸熱辣辣,甘香鬆脆,配上我哋平時點雲吞嗰隻甜酸醬,確實美味香口,送酒一流。蟶子皇新鮮,手切肥牛肉味重,配上老鴨濃湯,鮮味突出,唔夠三個字就俾我哋食晒啦。老鴨湯滲透野生竹笙,每食一啖都好似飲緊一啖湯。

最近打邊爐都係一啲不同特色嘅火鍋。來到老三火鍋,有少少返璞歸真的感覺。老三食嘅係地道港式打邊爐。湯底揀咗該店著名的老鴨湯鍋。跟著枱面的 instructions 先飲湯。湯底清甜,飲得出係用心機煲出嚟。今晚揀咗啲比較港式火鍋嘅材料。手切肥牛並不肥,但牛味充足。厚切亦增添口感。牛骨髓唔係好多地方提供。海螺串比牛骨髓更加少見。兩款用老鴨湯灼更能帶出佢地既鮮味。招牌餃自家包製,餡料主要有豬肉加上榨菜。花膠筒size幾大,唔怕烚下烚下「石沉大海」。響鈴係即叫即炸,配上甜酸醬,食起上嚟有錦鹵雲吞嘅感覺。幾得意。
