蝦醬蒸豬頸肉豆腐 $88 (蝦醬剛剛好, 不咸, 豆腐是滑滑的, 這個送飯也一流)

很可惜很可惜的是......有消息指他們將於2018年6月7日結業了, 如果呢個消息係假既, 不要怪誰, 他是希望吸引多人去吃吧。

提早三個星期book位,透過某個app有半價。之前其他店鋪從未遇到問題,唯獨這間,當日打電話去確認,先講因為過節,之前訂位的折扣不作數。哇,真是聞所未聞! 我幾個星期前book定,之後一直冇話有問題,要到當日我打電話上去先話唔得,完全冇契約精神。哪一日是節日一早就知,其他店鋪都是預先決定有沒有折扣,如果已有客人訂位,自然是要honor,不是單方面取消!! 請問做生意是不是要講基本信用???!!!!!!

見此店得有很高的評價,於是與家人到此一嚐。點了水煮牛肉丶青春若是條不老的魚丶三抔雞煲丶酸菜魚丶福建抄飯。先上枱是水煮牛肉,好夠辣,但牛肉應該用鬆肉粉醃制過,完全沒有牛肉味。三杯雞煲及福建抄飯的味道偏鹹,但三杯雞煲的雞肉亦算嫩滑。酸菜魚,沒有重重的酸味,只覺有點油。青春若是條不老的魚是全晚最好味的一道菜式,魚片嫰滑,墊底的青瓜很爽囗,但稍為有點兒油膩。份量很多,價錢亦不算貴,但味道未如評價所說的好。

因朋友在中上環放工,所以我在openrice找一間我倆都未試過的餐館,於是在網上訂位。入內人流不多,打開餐牌,發現很多餸名是十分特別,像是看一本文青小說。因怕餸名好睇唔好食,所以叫了一道「青春若是條不老的魚」,另外叫番啲正常的餸名:三杯雞煲及小龍蝦福建炒飯。此店出名是小龍蝦,炒飯的確很美味,小龍蝦數量也不少。三杯雞煲,辣辣地,非常適合氣温只得8度的晚上品嚐。「青春若是條不老的魚」,食落去就明白點解係呢個餸名,因為魚肉非常滑,好味,只是比較油一點,不過川菜一向是比較油少少,冇所謂啦!

For a final add on, the restaurant is located very conveniently in the heart of Sheung Wan. It is very easy to locate and also have alot of night entertainment and clubs nearby to get some drinks and to chill about after a hearty meal!

今晚想去上環接太太收工再於附近晚飯,當然於網站選擇食店。我近期於網上揀選有網上訂位,而今晚揀選了有網上訂位,9折優惠及送50里數。去到店鋪內裡只有2枱食客,我從餐牌見到特別名字嘅菜,點咗炒飯,2個男人,什菌牛肉煲及椒麻雞。全部都普通無特別,下次2個人未必會再度光顧。

除咗經典的廣東菜, 這間都有得食川菜, 這點倒是讓人非常惊喜, 菜式多元化, 我們又可以食多幾款完全唔同口味的菜式, 所以我們叫了個典型的川菜”水煮魚”, 水煮魚上枱時是用一個巨大的湯碗裝住的, 紅油封住整個碗(其實可以叫盆)的表面, 見到白色的厚厚的魚片肉, 浮在碗面, 而且聞到陣陣麻辣香味, 頓時令人垂涎欲滴, 夾了片魚肉送入口, 魚肉嫩滑無比, 小小辣, 小小麻, 味道相當不錯! 裡面仲有爽口的芽菜及油麥菜, 呢道水煮魚可以送幾碗飯落肚, 又香又辣又好味! 川菜都一樣咁出色!

最後我們來了一道甜品, 是即叫即做的炸香蕉, 香蕉用脆漿裹住炸, 新鮮出爐, 表面洒了些糖粉, 入口真的脆到索索聲的脆皮, 但裡面又軟林林香甜的香蕉, 口感好特別, 而且好多年都沒有食炸香蕉了, 現在這間卷福有得再食番, 真的是好好回味了一番.

無論廣式菜的士多單梨骨, 還是川式菜的水煮魚, 到有最後的甜品炸香蕉, 這間小小的中菜館都俾了唔少惊喜比我們, 非常開心無意中經過的小店卻是如此的有水準, 值得”讚”.
