越南包是我最愛,以前住在溫哥華時走遍各小店尋找美味越南包,總會有好多款式選擇和有好滿意的收穫😋。因疫情緩和和渴包引起,昨天(經’開飯‘找到這一間有越南包的小店)就專程來這小店一試,麵包份量大細OK啦,但咬下去配料散開,可能麵包本身太硬,正宗越南包是外脆內軟,剛好將內餡包好,吃起來不會咁易散開。豬扒有燒烤味道算唔錯,唯獨酸菜唔夠和好似冇芫茜,所以有㸃失色。這次來祇是試越南包($65)整體OK啦,其他地方有比較好和欣賞的越南包如佐敦添記(外賣店)和九龍城越南麵包,大家都可以去試試。

For the love of Pho. I want to try who is the best Pho resto here in hk.Saw it here and the prices are affordable so why not try.Place is hidden in a dark place. Resto is small but still spacious. Their servings are so big for 1 person. We ordered pho( of course)and the porkchopI quite like the pho though though i am not fan of thick firm noodles.porkchop with rice is nice.We are so full we cant eat at all. I dont say i love it but i cant say i hate it because overall its a nice meal.

碗河粉當然有生熟牛肉,亦都有牛𦟌同牛腩,除咗呢啲,配菜仲有九層塔,洋蔥,青蔥粒同芽菜。我自己就比較喜歡個湯底唔係太鹹。個湯加埋青檸汁,再加辣椒仔,簡直一流。

大少鍾意食越南河粉時配越南辣椒醬是拉差,呢間鋪頭都有辣椒醬,但係唔係大少食開嘅是拉差,所以大少有少少扁嘴。同埋大少都有講過啲牛腩有少少煙韌,咬唔開。

碗河粉真係大大碗又多餸,大少都食唔晒碗粉。

我個人認為呢間鋪頭比起中環果一間好多,唔迫夾,環境亦清靜好多。

我們一行七人約二時許到此午餐,餐廳環境不太迫坐得舒服,當中有朋友自己分不清越式湯粉與撈粉的分別,當食物來到時才發現自己叫錯咗,但職員也願意幫她們改,態度非常好👍🏼,不過有漏單的情況需要改善。我們點了生牛肉湯河,香茅豬扒撈檬及湯檬、烤豬肉湯檬、豬頸肉撈檬、烤豬肉米紙卷及鮮薄荷青檸梳打,食物味道也很好,味精不多,湯頭飲了也不覺口渴,雖然價錢有點貴約$70-$80一碗粉,但是份量大也可以接受,會再去食。

有主題特色嘅餐廳,喺香港都唔係好常見,朋友介紹左我去一間其實係之前去河內食過’Bun Cha’,覺得好好食,見住老闆每塊肉咁燒,好有風味,見到呢間餐廳同一樣嘅名,所以就同同事去左食午餐啦。我一入嚟就知道自己要食咩,Bun Cha,不過呢道菜唔係lunch餐牌上面嘅,其他同事叫咗生牛肉湯河同香茅豬扒飯,野飲係冬瓜同熱情果汁,好好好甜 一上菜見到我叫嘅buncha有少少失望,豬肉唔係好多,而且得幾塊同我喺河內食嘅完全唔一樣,不過粉絲都幾多嘅,唔會食唔飽,眼見其他同事嘅香茅豬扒飯同生牛肉湯河都算正常,唔知香港可以係邊度搵到正宗嘅Bun Cha呢?

雞絲金邊粉($69),令我們有驚喜的是這湯底。通常我們去的越南餐廳總是牛肉湯底做得較用心足料,雞湯湯底相對之下會略為簡單遜色,但Bun Cha的雞湯湯底令我們有所驚喜是它的清甜,入口帶白蘿蔔的清甜香味,另外它加了點黑椒,胡椒的辛香令湯底有點睛的效果。雞絲味道正常,金邊粉滑溜之餘依舊有口感,男友與小丫頭都覺得值得一試。

隨餐有幾種免費的飲品選擇,我們選了凍熱情果汁,它們不是用原個熱情果而是用了預製的果汁,杯內另外加了兩片青檸,可以嚐出熱情果的酸甜,男友不想浪費把配粉的青檸也擠進飲品內🤣🤣

Bun Cha值得一讚的除了食物質素之外還有它的環境,坐位闊落,裝修簡單氣氛輕鬆,不會有種被催落單催埋單的感覺,食客、侍應各有各忙,我們吃飽後亦悠然自得在慢慢聊天,享受這忙裡偷閒的甜蜜。

I ran back both hands supporting the soup bowl, not able to hold the umbrella with my hands tied with other takeaways for my family. 很少來堅尼地城,在厚和街街頭位置偶爾發現了這家小店, 吃了個「午餐」( 其實已經下午3時了)。 兩個人點了炸春捲撈檬又大碗又好食(春捲鬆脆但不太油膩), 還點了香茅烤牛肉配香草生菜紙米卷(牛肉很嫩加上適量香草味道非常協調),越式木瓜沙律(很新鮮的材料,加了青檸汁口味很清新),很香濃的越式濾泡咖啡加煉奶和清甜椰青(因為朋友其實已經吃過午餐了)。我本身怕熱但小店有充足的冷氣!注意,小店只收現金。我們會再來的!

First of all, I would like to mention the decor. It was a bright nicely lit room with well spaced out seating and what I assume are pieces of Vietnamese artwork on the walls; it was really pleasant and cheerful. The food itself is your standard Vietnamese fare with the usual selection of salads, spring rolls, rice paper rolls, rice dishes, and pho. First of all, I would like to mention the decor. It was a bright nicely lit room with well spaced out seating and what I assume are pieces of Vietnamese artwork on the walls; it was really pleasant and cheerful. The food itself is your standard Vietnamese fare with the usual selection of salads, spring rolls, rice paper rolls, rice dishes, and pho. Overall, the food was good, well made with fresh ingredients.

I love eggplant, and the eggplant salad with shrimp did not disappoint - the soft mild eggplant and the meaty shrimp, wonderfully flavoured with garlic, chili and spring onions. The fried Vietnamese spring rolls, which you wrap and in a lettuce leaf and eat with your hands, were also delicious. The only sub par dish was the lemongrass pork rice paper rolls - the pork was quite tough and the roll as a whole was relatively bland, easily overcome with the chili sauce provided at the table, but could have been better. The chicken pho was as expected, instantly satisfying any carb and savoury cravings.

男朋友想吃越南粉,今天便試試小店。午飯時間不太多人,點了一客豬頸肉撈檬和生牛肉粉,和香茅煎雞翼。檬粉下有很多青瓜絲和蘿蔔絲,略嫌太生,也不大喜歡那撈檬汁,但豬頸肉是可以的,份量不少夠香脆。男朋友說牛肉粉不夠好吃,價錢也比x北高,煎雞翼正常。飲品越式冬瓜茶原來是罐裝飲品太甜。

下午三點幾,餓,靠近晚飯時間不想吃太多,堅尼地城附近沒有什麼沙律店的選擇,這間曾經光顧過一次,東西還不錯吃,所有又來了。上次吃了一碗薑湯牛肉河粉,印象中好大的一碗,或許口味改變,對紅肉有種莫名的抗拒感,所有對那碗湯河裡面的牛肉印象一般,面卻沒有問題。今次點了香草雞肉沙律,見到既時候都覺得好多,而確實又真係幾多下,店家用了幾種新鮮蔬菜做沙律,包括脆口椰菜,紅蘿蔔絲,紫椰菜,芽菜,唐芹,薄荷葉,金不換,仲有炸蒜頭片,炒花生增加香口同脆口感覺。我交代少汁,好在吃入口都不太鹹,調味方面有魚露,紅糖,檸檬汁,甜酸鹹共冶一爐,加上香草的味道,令人食慾大增,而店方給的水也充滿檸檬香草味,非常提神。這間越南餐館地方不大,出品不會很多,但味道幾好,專注做自己擅長的或許才是王道。
