之前聽朋友介紹,話荔枝角呢間「C2食堂」嘅燒味唔錯,趁今日行完香工 ,就專登過嚟食個午餐。餐廳有燒味飯同特色西飯餐供應,全部套餐都會奉送紙包飲品或熱飲,另外亦可以加錢轉明火靚湯、罐裝汽水或自家製飲品等。點咗乳豬叉燒雙拼瀨 ($69) 同 脆皮燒肉切雞飯 ($58)。今日嘅例湯係紅蘿蔔薯仔煲雞腳,湯身熱辣辣,味道清甜,非常足料。乳豬外皮脆卜卜,肉質鬆化,入口又唔會過鹹,充滿濃郁豬肉香味。叉燒半肥瘦,肉質豐腴,瘦肉爽彈、肥肉甘香,帶恰到好處蜜甜,令人食指大動。另外呢碟燒肉切雞飯,味道亦唔錯,燒肉皮脆肉嫩,切雞滑得嚟又有雞味,點埋旁邊嘅蔥油食,更加惹味。離開時見到餐廳有下午茶餐供應,價錢好經濟,下次嚟開呢頭,可以試下。 continue reading

同朋友去荔枝角上興趣班,喺附近搵嘢食,近近哋就揀咗呢間餐廳,有好多選擇,又有早餐同下午茶,如果喺附近返工都幾方便,餐廳環境雖然唔係富麗堂皇,但都係乾淨衛生,招呼亦親切有禮,燒鵝拼燒肉瀨粉,質素有驚喜,燒鵝皮脆肉嫰,一口咬下去即爆汁,好juicy,燒肉脆皮勁香口,而且調味不會過鹹,MR.燒四重奏配河粉,有咸蛋、紅腸、燒肉和燒鵝,份量不少,性價比高,例湯好足料,很惹味,最後要特別盛讚嘅係,河粉同瀨粉都好長,完全唔會碎濕濕,非常好! continue reading

係荔枝角返工嘅人有福啦,喺香港工業中心C座地下C舖(記得係青山道嘅入口,奇華餅店對面)有呢間聲稱係荔枝角最強燒味嘅「C2食堂」,果然名不虛傳。佢最出名嘅係呢度嘅叉燒。今次我一個人食,就叫咗個雙拼飯,叉燒油雞飯。個餐本身$65 ,如果加湯加嘢飲就$70。先講吓佢馳名嘅叉燒,真係燒得好靚,但主要本身佢選用嘅肉係靚嘅,叉燒肥肥地但又唔油膩。用蜜汁燒真係好惹味,有少少燒到燶邊添。雞就肉多皮薄,好新鮮冇雪味。個老火湯就好夠火候,啱晒打工仔飲。鍾意言之,呢度係我喺荔枝角食過最好嘅燒味。 continue reading
