To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在家福商場很受歡迎的百份百餐廳,午市全場滿座,還好,可以拼桌,立刻就可以點餐。點了女士最愛的魚肉春捲招牌四寶麻辣湯米線$57,配料竟然有爽口酸辣菜脯,口感脆卜卜、鹹鹹酸酸的,又有辣味,超開胃!如果可以加多啲份量就好。米線軟硬度適中,不會太大份量,女士胃口不大正合適。牛丸、頁丸、魚片頭魚、肉春卷,全部都爽口,又能吸收湯味,還有豆卜浸在湯裡,真是吃湯粉麵最佳拍檔。加小食五香脆雞翼三隻$18,炸過的雞皮脆脆的,有五香味道,鹹味適中,肉汁多,好滑,好味啊!飲品選了咖啡紅豆冰加$12,有咖啡用作午後提神,喜歡糖浸紅豆份量多,香甜又夠粉,越吃越爽!這裏的職員服務不錯,已經有一段時間沒來,埋單時副部長仍然記得我,對客人很親切呢!

自從發現了百份百的午餐,款式多,價錢實惠,現在常常去光顧。脆炸魷魚炒麵$66,上桌賣相漂亮,有超多炸蒜蓉,好香!魷魚炸過就像香口小菜一樣惹味,炒完仍吃到外脆內滑的口感,魷魚煙韌有嚼勁,炒麵夠乾身,咸度得宜,還有芽菜、蘿蔔絲、蔥絲、蛋碎、洋蔥炒香,好爽口。午餐吃香口食物很醒神啊!可以優惠價$18加配魚肉春捲三條,咬下魚肉條彈牙,像吃炸魚蛋,混和了蔥粒蘿蔔粒,外面腐皮炸得香脆,味道香甜,有三條可與同事開心分享,吃得滿足!餐飲加$9選了香滑奶蓋茶少冰。但少冰還是覺得多冰啊!要給餐廳提提意見。奶蓋滑溜帶芝士香,濃稠的奶蓋拌勻後令奶茶很有質感,也不會太甜,非常好味。

Hello 大家好👋🏻!今日我嚟到位於粉嶺嘉福商場嘅「百份百餐廳」。 做完一日嘢身心疲倦😞,諗住是是旦旦求求其其食啲嘢返屋企。 入到呢間百份百餐廳,睇到餐牌竟然有喜出望外嘅感覺😃⋯⋯美食攻略:一人份量「酸菜魚晚餐+燉湯」,可能係我孤陋寡聞😅,係我嘅認知當中食酸菜魚一定係大大碟,要一班人食嘅菜式。 呢個一人份量真係最啱我呢啲又鍾意酸菜魚又成日一枝公嘅人。 講返個餸味道配搭得好好,唔會太酸或太辣,魚肉嫩滑,酸菜爽口,加上我係湯控,配埋呢個燉湯簡直令滿足感升華。美食指數:5🌝最高味道:🌝🌝🌝🌝🌚環境:🌝🌝🌝🌚🌚服務:🌝🌝🌝🌝🌚賣相:🌝🌝🌝🌚🌚

剛剛係戶外工作到膊頭,腰同腳想斷時,求其走左入嘉福商場的百分百餐廳,一間聲稱走百分百港式食物路線的食店。我叫左個茶餐,雪菜肉絲炆米$40,凍檸茶+$3。結果碟粉係輕盈 size,預左,而且我唔太餓,可接受,但.....雪菜肉絲炆米,見唔到雪菜,肉絲得幾條,d米粉個樣似炒麵,味道都似豉油皇炒麵。凍檸茶,無檸檬,而係紅茶加檸檬汁,但味道可以。店內的靚姐們服務態度有禮貌,有效率。結論:食物味道是意料之外,但絕無驚喜。心裡只是不斷問,究竟我心目中既港式係咪係另一個平行時空?🙄🙄🙄註:打呢篇評論時剛見到一隻小小強係地面走過。
