To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去咗百份百餐廳試咗佢哋嘅薑蔥雞飯，值得同大家分享。首先講下雞肉部分。雞肉煮得啱啱好，肉質嫩滑，唔會太乾。每啖都充滿雞肉嘅鮮味，𠵱家啲雞好似特別入味，應該係醃製過程做得唔錯。配合埋薑蔥嘅香氣，真係正。飯方面亦都要讚下。用嘅係香米飯，煮得粒粒分明，冇過生亦冇過熟。總括嚟講，呢個薑蔥雞飯係值得推薦嘅選擇，無論係雞肉嘅質素定係飯嘅香氣，都令人食完一次就想再嚟。我會考慮再嚟試其他菜式，希望同樣有驚喜。如果你仲未試過，不妨去試下，應該唔會令你失望。

淨係一杯凍奶茶，每次都唔同味，試過幾次唔記得落糖（真係好幾次冇落糖），最攪笑同佢講，比啲糖槳我自己加，佢竟然比西多嘅糖膠我，真無語，一啲做飲食嘅sens都冇,一係無端端就勁甜，同侍應佢講，佢仲話我，下次要叫小甜嘛，我就同佢講，吓，我日日來食都唔使叫小甜喎，唉～出品唔得，侍應態度唔得。

趕時間千祈唔好食，公司放飯時間一個鐘已經特登用app叫定到店自取最後都要半粒鐘先拎到個飯同杯野飲，店員都有問題未拎得就起app禁可取餐，客去到又話未整好！？好好玩咩？ok等等下個app顯示已完成！下做咩膠，我未拎到個飯wo!於是上前去佢包外賣個位睇下發生咩事啦，跟住店員A：唔好企起度，依度唔企得。我就問我未拎到個飯就顯示完成左wo！係咪搞錯左，唔食啦可唔可以取消丫？疑似阿姐：冇得取消個wo,講完起度玩手機跟住同包外賣個位講：慢慢丫！ 最後經過左半個鐘我終於拎到個飯，由於我趕時間都那那林就走左，冇再媽佢。其實都唔應該話佢，講多句都點醒益左佢。唔怪之得，新聞話香港飲食業生意差，你咁既出餐時間加服務態度，仲要我洗錢買難受，冇可能啦多謝哂丫，愛民百份百餐廳，我以後放lunch難諗食咩果時，就少左個選擇啦返到公司上網搜尋下間野d黑歷史，一搜就精采囉咩「百份百劣食」，亞洲國際餐飲集團，原來一早就臭名昭著!久仰久仰！

咁啱今日喺愛民返工，選擇食下百分百，因為已經好耐冇食。以前大多數都係夜晚去百分百食小菜，一般都係叫蔬菜為主。今日叫咗個蔬菜魚柳豆腐，起初我覺得味道係唔錯嘅，都幾入味，但後來就覺得太鹹啦。又好多汁，白飯後來變曬咖啡色。其實魚柳幾好食嘅，口感唔錯，但味道重。熱奶茶唔錯～btw 大家如果食嘅話，記得叫杯凍飲。

尼個愛民邨周圍無咩好食，所以尼間嘢可以叫做可以選擇既餐廳，到現時仍可屹立不倒，中午飯市坐無虛設，開業超過五年…..因工作關係所以每星期都會去幫襯至少一次，食物質素經常出現不穩定情況，有時食佢既星洲炒米，可以算係好有鑊氣！好大蝶，同周邊餐廳比較算係好食😋⋯⋯今日就完全唔掂，細碟都算，無鑊氣，應該係叫星洲撈米囉，總之叫做難食首選。仲要賣成$61蚊！簡直係失望😞不過响無選擇既情況下，都要選擇。😎😞
