To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 相隔3個月都沒有食百分百的早餐,突然想食就去食。點了一份牛扒蒜蓉多士焗蛋早餐加通心粉,餐廳轉了新碗碟,牛扒變細左和通心粉都少左,但味道仍然保持到水準,牛扒仍然好味。但我朋友點了雞扒,雞扒份量不變和keep 到嫩滑好味,仍然都咁抵食。下次都會變食雞扒。

今日去百份百餐廳食個早餐有豬,牛,雞,魚選擇。我媽媽要了炸魚塊,而我就要了牛扒。味道不過不失兩塊多士幾香蒜蓉味,但略嫌比較乾,最好要打包走。牛扒韌度適中,加上汁料幾好的同流心焗蛋也是剛剛好流心,喜歡這個蛋的做法。凍奶茶夠甜,好喝!!
