To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 叫咗個魚片頭酸辣米線同涷檸荼,係幾好味
但係就係等得耐啲,要成一個小时後先有
又冇位比人坐住等下
而坐喺入面嗰啲食既,大多數都拎畀佢哋先
仲有一次就係叫做同一樣嘢但係唔知點解係清湯,
冇酸辣嘅感覺
仲比平時少咗好多米線
餐廳格局唔錯,第一印象唔差。
點知一交手就中伏鳥。店員趕收工,態度唔友善。
落單叫左一個焗飯,點知焗飯無炒底。多口問下店員,佢仲要堅持有炒底。
「炒底就係甘樣ga la!」
價錢中等,連鎖店價格,食物同服務就世界級。想打大佬既,歡迎一試。
上黎openrice睇下,原來中伏唔只我一個,都怪我今日無做足功課搵野食喇!
個飯味道幾好,表面d芝士算幾多,而且焗得o岩o岩好,白汁味道很濃,但我略嫌汁太多,飯的份量不算多,腸仔則一般,另外個飯有幾件薯仔,都幾入味同好粉,而雞扒方面,肉質鮮嫩,唔會因太熟而老。
但個飯整體感覺有點油膩,追求健康人士還是選吃其他吧。
食過早餐先,每人叫了份早餐
其他吾提,講返自己果份
一個牛奶炒滑蛋,可以跟腸仔
餐肉,火煺任揀兩様
我揀咗腸仔同餐肉
另外加五元可以有個細通粉
我地叫完野好快通粉先到
我地見到枱面完全沒有用餐工具
所以叫職員取,仲要叫了第二次
職員就拿了匙更同筷子比我地
好奇怪,咁點食炒蛋腸仔同粟米粒呢
果個湯通粉,湯底清得起來好淡
至於通粉就正常味道
牛奶炒蛋算是幾滑
腸仔是普通茶餐廰用的貨
沒有甚麼特別,餐肉煎得太乾
而且餐肉上枱時爛了一角
另外塊多士,成塊比你
通常其他餐廳都會一開二
對角切成兩片上枱
我地三份早餐都係咁
全部多士吾脆不特只
一面是有幾點炭爐屎,牛油渣得少少
又查得吾平均,見到都吾想食
呢間野出品應真求其
連食物供應工具亦好求其
聽到幾個職員在附近聽order
好重大陸口音,我估都係新移民
親戚話呢頭附近好少餐廳
街坊焗住要幫襯,投訴無用
佢地覺得吾憂無生意
唉!咁以後我都吾再來
因過了午飯時間,人不太多,不用等位就進去了
餐牌沒太多選擇,與平時的茶餐廳比較少很多
叫了一個黑白奶油豬
包來到的時候不太熱,也不脆,就是軟軟的,不太好吃
還是餐茶叫了熱檸茶不錯,茶味香濃
這裡環境不錯,坐坐也舒服的
當所有飯都食曬我個FD仲有個湯未黎
之後催左兩次先有
但我FD飲飲下湯阿姐竟然叫我走先 , 出出面等我FD (因為當時有人等位
我真系未試過食飯會比人叫我走 , 唔通等位個個系老闆VIP ?
甘我當然唔走啦 , 但系距都繼續催我走先
最後我FD怕左距未飲完湯就走左
味道同環境都OK
但服務真系差到爆
