To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這餐廳內非常多蚊螆，尤其在尾位近牆的卡座，一條巷內4至5隻蚊螆一齊飛，非常滋擾，希望餐廳負責人能夠盡快處理，食肆提供乾淨舒適的用餐環境，相信每位客人都會再次光顧。

經過上次食到冰涼麵包嘅餐蛋治後，深深不憤，決定再去百分百食餐蛋治烘底做早餐，時間係朝早10點半左右，但餐廳入座率，目測有九成滿，對於一個有10多座樓嘅屋邨，而且可以提供堂食早餐嘅食肆多達10間咁多嚟講，加上時間係接近午市時間，可想而知呢間餐廳係幾咁受歡迎。上次食嘅餐蛋治時，塊麵包係凍冰冰，今次醒目加$2烘底，口感完全唔同哂，而且每件三文治唔單只蛋夠厚夠滑，餐肉亦有兩塊方罐火腿午餐肉，而且厚度亦適中，唔會太薄，麵包係厚身麵包，所以如果細食啲嘅話，真係可以當午餐。而最重要係每件三文治都好貼心咁用一張厚身牛油紙墊底，可以好斯文、好優雅咁拎起件三文治嚟食，食完唔會隻手有油之餘，仲唔會跌到周圍係，呢方面絕對要加分，所以個樓面畀支叉我（見三文治上方）算係多餘嘅，莫非佢唔想畀人話我無叉用？哈哈！奶茶，我喜歡落啡糖去調味，味道好過用砂糖，茶嘅濃度適中，我好怕飲過濃嘅奶茶，因為會帶苦味，滑度亦足夠，而且帶有微微茶香，又無酸味（你比較過大家樂嘅奶茶就知我講乜啦），唔錯。埋單計都只係$35，咁嘅食物質素，如果有得揀嘅話，仲使乜幫襯兩大一美，或者太興？

第三次食呢間，每次等食物都超過30分鐘以上，焗豬扒飯要等半個鐘，炒牛河好小小25分鐘，今次等個肉餅飯35分鐘，頂唔順，係等左25分鐘果陣已經問個服務員幾時出餐，個服務話即叫即整，依家已經蒸緊，當時餐廳內大概得6成滿嘅客人，咁我就再等多10分鐘，杯涷檸茶啲冰都溶曬都仲未等到先個蒸肉餅飯，等唔到了，lunch break 有限時，等個飯等超過半個鐘，嘥晒人地啲時間，其他分店可以出餐快成倍，唔明點解呢間可以慢到咁，以後不了

基本上每次都必叫嘅麻辣牛肉炒飯 飯炒到好乾身 麻辣味好夠 平時有食開辣嘅朋友都話幾啦😂不過我嫌牛肉唔夠多 好似食緊冇肉嘅炒飯咁 但味道真係唔錯 另外叫咗個梅菜扣肉飯扣肉幾入味
