To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 轉叫熱檸檬茶重癲。改左無真檸檬後。一係吾落糖,一落糖就無酸味🤨咩玩法。
整體而言去過幾間百分百餐廳暫時覺得這間 選擇比較少, 味道亦屬於一般。😀

今天(8月2日),起床後,於10時一直致電這餐廳也未有人聽,到10時14分才有人接,但也要等2-3分鐘亞姐才跟我對話,只一直聽她與其他人對話,等了又等,終於到我,落單態度已不好,佢不斷重複又重複問,講了好幾次,她講的跟我落的不一樣,跟住又發脾氣及罵我,話要給另一同事再落單,將我的電話又hold住,我再等一會,終於決定放棄,若不是我仔喜歡吃它們的其中一早餐,我也不會攞氣來受,明知其服務其差,就算食物如何吸引,又補償不了!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

從侍應手中放在面前,那種陣陣蒜蓉的香氣令人精神為之一振🤤
早餐好像巳習慣要吃蛋,這份野菌鮮奶炒滑蛋,加上鮮奶,蛋味香滑,野菌健康兼有益👍
輕量火腿絲通粉,湯底濃郁,通粉細粒,美中不足是通粉不夠腍。
飲品也是離不開凍飲🥤叫了凍檸荼少甜,茶味適中,少甜份量剛剛好。
用叉吉下d 薯條, 條條薯條都好似石頭咁硬,味道都Normal 既,都未去到入唔到口既地步既。
到成個餐既主角雞比啦, 炸得真係有小小濃,一口咬落去係脆既個口感, 炸雞比黎講隻雞比皮要脆好基本啦,但係我想講本身隻已經醃得鹹,加埋面d 調味粉真係令到隻雞比鹹到極點明明我都幾期待今日個茶餐,但係總括黎講好後悔比左34 蚊買左個咁fail 既茶餐。
其中一邊更裝上全幅玻璃窗,圖案更仿照舊時香港的唐樓窗框設計,坐在旁邊感覺回到居住幾十年前的舊建築內。其上方中間位置燈槽佈滿街道路牌,各列出部份推介的特色美食吸引食客。更高處擺放了兩輛單車及堆疊成三角柱狀的茶包鐵盒子。
本人更推介肉絲兩面黃及炸雞腿薯條菜式,前者把麵條放進滾油中炸成一個粽子形狀,賣相吸引。炸過後麵條沒有斷開,仍能保持一絲絲整齊,油而不膩,一咬下去口感跟薯片更鬆脆; 後者的雞腿更是新鮮炸成,肉質分明及鮮嫩,薯條土豆味十足,加配一杯懷舊的香濃椰奶紅豆冰。兩者冰火混合一起,更能達到消暑作用。
Counter又唔識做,有人攞飛企曬響度,但係又會有人直接行入去攞位,亂咁黎。
啲阿姐服務又差,會畀面色人睇,根本唔想做,見到舉曬手都扮睇唔到。反而啲男員工仲勤力啲有禮貌啲。
同埋有時幾個人企曬響出菜位置唔知忙啲乜,個個背住啲客,根本無人接 order。其實唔係唔夠人手,而係根本無 training,無 manager監督住啲員工點做野,搞到啲客等到忟!
剛剛尋日叫左 雜扒,皮蛋菜心,凍檸茶,我太太食完 嘔到七彩,我就無乜事,都唔知邊樣野污糟,總之少啲抵抗力都唔踮。
