To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 喺公司附近放飯，得一個鐘頭，所以就求其去咗呢一間度食。叫咗個雞扒滑蛋蕃茄飯，估唔到$60都有咁大份量，食落質素雞扒嫩口滑蛋亦都唔錯，$60都可以有呢個質素算，仲要包埋嘢飲，係一間良心餐廳。

叫碟漁香茄子飯，等咗30分鐘追咗3次先嚟。淋啲醬喺碟飯上面都咁難？目測餐廳只有7成滿，咁嘅速度堪稱垃圾。Lunch Hour得1個鐘，等都30分鐘唔駛食，直接改外賣攞走。請唔夠廚房咪學人做飲食啦。

光顧過不少百分百，質素太多滿意，尤其黃埔，呢次光顧呢間櫸樹街嘅百分百，真係不敢恭維，點了一下胡椒豬肚雞湯飯，枝竹如柴枝、白烚雞絲，質同量都嚇怕人，大家睇相就知，但咁嘅價錢其實都冇乜期望，唔通仲計較啲咩商品說明條例咩？但侍應仲盲撐，竟然話啲湯多咗，所以睇落啲餸少咗，👍好嘢，佢咁都噏得出，我即時用匙羹撈起俾佢睇，佢先俾我換其他食物，送都唔要啦！真係似廚餘。

是日lunch好想吃炒野，於是諗起百分百，入去已經滿座率8成，叫左個乾炒牛河，加麥可可，原來係阿華田。牛河好快來到，真係好夠鑊氣，牛肉好嫩，河粉色澤都好均勻，而且份量都好足，夠晒飽。
