To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一肚氣，浪費我時間！因為較趕，已經一早係app落定單，去到未有，等左十分鐘就問職員，佢話未有，要等陣，諗住焗飯係耐啲，我又再等多十分鐘。期間我見後過我落單既都已經有，見唔對路就再問職員，佢竟然話漏左單！即刻嬲爆，話返佢地。跟住有個職員夠膽拎住張應該會痴係外賣上既單乙出黎，話食物擺左出黎，有人拎左，我由頭到尾都係度，100%，絕對無人攞左囉！仲話依家家整，等多15分鐘，睬佢都傻！足足浪費左我20分鐘！態度亦有問題，無下次！😡

香煎豬扒早餐非常豐富，粟米另外裝起很細心，豬扒薄切煎得很香脆鬆軟容易切，太陽蛋留心好正放入通粉裏面一起食就完美啦，火腿通粉有雞湯湯底，火腿份量都多很滿足，蒜蓉多士加咗香草浸浸香味，皮脆內軟非常好👍🏻麻油公仔麵好香，叫咗杯熱檸水清腸胃，大滿足
