To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日黎到明德商場百分分食tea 攝時間,Tea time 算多人,差唔多有半滿。
幾喜歡內部裝修,簡單但唔hae 👍🏻

叫左沙嗲牛流心蛋米線32蚊,另加6蚊飲杯芽好立克。

講到咁猛料咪試下係咪真係咁好食。
滿有期望的一試之後,覺得無乜特別,都係流心蛋一隻,但考慮到的確唔係好多地方整太陽蛋整得真係流心,我都會欣賞呢隻蛋的。
米線啊牛肉啊湯底啊果啲就唔好期望太多了,平民的價格食平民的食物好合理。
最不滿的係杯好立克,話哂都加6蚊特飲,可唔可以俾多少少杯芽我飲啊,落得好少啊真係。
整體黎講係扺食快餐下午茶。
炸髀都好細隻下,不過味道唔錯。
炸豬扒有陣油溢味,似係翻炸過,肉質嚡。不過薯條都幾好。
一般茶記質素,瑞士咖啡室好食啲
今日就同老豆去左位於南豐嘅百分百餐廳食飯。
老豆叫左個男人最愛,至尊海南雞飯($58),上檯有D驚訝,果海南雞擺盤又幾靚靚Bor!食落個味道都一樣唔錯,真係幾滑嫩下,同埋去哂骨呢下真係好感覺,簡直係為懶人面設嫁!餐廳怕單調,仲有D蘿蔔絲、同白蘿蔔俾你拌下飯,個餐仲跟左鼓油 同埋 酸酸甜甜嘅醬點下雞同拌飯。好食!
乾炒牛河係非常之難炒得好,河粉唔難,火唔夠紅,都好易炒到碎哂,同痴哂底,有D廚為左避免呢個情況會怒放油,但又會好油膩唔健康。呢個牛河雖然未去到好有鑊氣嘅程度,但唔斷,調味剛好,色水都均勻,都算係唔錯嫁啦。牛肉俾嘅份量略少,如果可以的話,俾少少菜會更加加分。
