To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 次次叫外賣都半個鐘以上，之前已經係咁，嬲到唔再幫親，點知俾多次機會佢今次都係咁失望，人都已經唔係多，點解可以做咁慢？無時間唔想坐低食先叫外賣姐，迫人坐成半個幾鐘等，冷氣又鬼咁凍，屋企樓下都係咁話，唔再幫襯啦

「四川麻辣牛肉炒飯 」第一次食麻辣炒飯，幾惹味唔太辣，但啲牛肉少左啲，同埋有時咬到花椒會有啲苦，試過就夠。反而「野菌鹹魚雞粒炒飯」幾好食，啲餸都好豐富，可以再食。下次會試下其他菜式。

剛才點好幾個外賣，分別是蕃茄滑蛋豆腐鮮牛肉湯飯、重慶酸菜和穀飼牛肉炒讚岐手打烏冬。付款後便坐下來等，期間廚房員工鬧大交。嘈吵程度是大聲得整間餐廳都能聽得到，鬧了好一段時間後，職員通知我的外賣做好。拿回家後發現東西都是沒有味道的，其中酸菜魚的湯更像清水一樣，懷疑是未煮好或因吵架沒有調味。菜式都是平時經常幫襯，絕對不是正常的味道。由於小朋友已等待好一段時間，都不好拿回去換，只好勉強吃一點。希望不要再有下次這樣的經驗，非常無辜。

蔥油雞扒飯加雙蛋是這裏最好食的食物雞扒超大塊，有口感味道濃、勁多蔥油加係面頭配以白雙，簡直一流，覺得唔夠飽，可以叫家姐加飯。而且雙蛋可以揀流心蛋或煎蛋配以豉油，簡直令食慾大增。唯獨是最差的是檸檬茶百分百的檸檬茶是一種草滴滴沒有茶餐廳吉檸檬的感覺，有時檸檬茶可能放得太耐會有出現變酸嘅情況。午膳都似食飯會出現學生爭返坐位的情況建議早一點或學校午膳後來進食。筆者有試過咖喱牛腩飯或下午茶的炸大雞髀也是一大推介。

今日諗住試吓呢間D早餐🍳，叫左個香煎雞扒餐配熱檸水。杯檸水飲左兩啖就冇飲，估唔到宜家D茶餐廳今慳成本整杯冇檸檬嘅熱檸水。香煎雞扒餐一小兜粟米 🌽二塊蒜香牛油多士 一隻全熟太陽蛋一條腸仔半塊雞扒 估唔到成個早餐最好食就係嗰兩塊多士都唔明點解呢間嘢咁多人幫襯？
