公司一大班同事話想試下呢間餐應,於是就黎咗試下。環境都幾ok,好多霓虹燈裝飾,食飯打卡自拍一流。餐牌上面的餐都幾多樣化,樣樣都想試下,花多眼亂。呢間餐廳都算幾健康飲食,有素餐有肉餐。食材好似都幾新鮮同埋都幾新穎。是日星期三,我就試咗佢個一號餐。法式蘋果醋烤豬扒,聽落都好似幾有gimmick。終於等到個飯黎,賣相一般,不過有肉有瓜,如果飯再多d就好喇。蘋果醋味道都算出,有小小似比較酸既蘋果汁,味道尚算清新。豬扒size適中,唔會話太厚好難咬。加埋d瓜,其實食落都幾清新。其實總括黎講都算唔錯,唯一打工仔黎講個人覺得偏貴。

平日兩點後,lunch set 全部九折。今日黎左兩個set。分別係特色沙丹豬扒($58)、香煎香草牛油牛扒($68)。可以選擇飯或者意粉。牛扒set就有一塊牛,有滿滿的牛油同埋充滿香草味。牛扒唔太厚,煮得剛剛好,都算有牛味唔同一般茶果d。而意粉都有用香料煮過,本身而有味。一啖油香牛再配一口意粉,中和油膩,食到牛扒的香。而沙丹豬扒就豐富d,有兩塊豬扒、太陽蛋、菠蘿同少量配菜同埋汁。豬扒好味過牛扒,因為煎得好香,唔會煎到塊豬好似擦子膠咁。而呢個意粉相對咸少少,同其他餐廳唔同,佢連意粉都另外煮過先上。所就淨係食意粉都唔會dry.而呢個set包咖啡或者菊花蜜,我選擇左菊花蜜。仲有一朵小菊花係入面,好清香。減左肉的油膩,真係一流!呢杯唔似茶包沖出黎!9折埋,真係幾抵食!

我相信這是一間80後青年開創的一間餐廳,餐廳環境佈置充滿了童年回憶。我們來到這裡是因為朋友想品嚐這裡的甜品大菠蓮。朋友作為榴槤愛好者,對這個榴槤雪糕菠蘿包讚好不絕。我淺嘗了幾口,的確是榴槤香氣濃郁,質感細滑,十分出色。我們的主食是all day breakfast,十分豐富的全日早餐,經典的茄汁豆、腸仔、滑蛋加上清爽的蔬菜,作為晚餐是相當不錯的。另外的主食是慢煮去骨德國豬手,我向來都喜歡豬手,所以雖然外皮不夠脆,但我覺得豬手還是很美味。最後到飲品,兩款飲品都很特別,而且美味,值得一試。

全晚highlight
起喜歡呢個蜂蜜烤慢煮去骨豬手$158,平時食炸豬手多,第一次食慢煮. 無傳統做法咁重口味,反而帶點蜂蜜香甜味,豬皮部分帶點煙韌,中間肉軟腍且濕潤,一切即分開,正.
再來會想encore. 而一邊厚切蕃茄片都唔係就咁切好就算,同樣有用少量蜜糖煮過,所以食落帶點香甜,好食。如果可以灑少少香草碎eg basil,會再加加分.
一份咁高水準main couse 先$158,真係好抵

另一個main couse order 左黑松露野菌大啡菇忌廉意粉,呢個相對失色。sauce blk truffle 唔夠香濃,反而white cream sauce 主導. 味道亦偏淡左d. 而且可能芝士粉落得太多,sauce 好杰身,好似漿住咁,口感不太討好.
上面大啡菇反而幾好食,厚肉juicy, 切開大啡落一齊食,其juiny 厚肉菇會令口感好d, 不過始終菇得一舊.

最後榴槤控既我仲order 左呢度signature D24大菠蓮. 故名思義,係用左D24 貓山皇榴槤同菠蘿包整成.

一入口就係滿滿榴槤甜蜜既香味,用左D24.其中香味榴槤控一定唔會陌生. 其味道口感因為呢個combination 更加豐富.
榴槤加左cream打成,所以比平時食落更加幼滑,而且texture 亦更creamy 更岩夾包. 中間夾住D24 榴槤雪糕,其榴槤香味完全被比下去,因為個榴槤cream 實在太rich. 配埋一齊食都好正

唔係第一次食菠蘿包夾其他野,繼華嫂以後好多餐廳都會利用菠蘿包整,但試過有間用唔新鮮菠蘿包,個皮腍哂勁難食. 唔脆既話仲咩要用菠蘿包?情願用番普通法包方包好過。所以原本都有d擔心佢個包唔夠新鮮. 好彩,個菠蘿包皮仲keep 到香脆👍

不過留意番個包雖然好滋味,但一個食哂成個會幾膩,同人share 最岩. 不過其實切唔開,會散哂cream 擠哂出黎. 所以最好都係一人一啖KO
