又是回頭率極高的餐廳已來過餐廳很多次,每次都吃黑松露帶子可麗餅,因為連日本都很少吃到鹹味可麗餅,而且材料分量十足,餡料有非常多帶子,味道鹹淡得宜,是我的必吃菜式。如果3位朋友一起吃,一份黑松露帶子可麗餅,一個意粉,轉套餐連餐湯和飲品,一齊share食,閒談一個下午,開心,歡樂,滿足。白汁雞肉意粉也很好吃,雞肉有嚼勁而不靭,味道濃淡得宜。除了可麗餅很出色以外,其他食物和飲品都在相類餐廳的平均水準之上,性價比也很高。我會再吃很多次。

個人覺得,可麗餅都係甜食最好味,所以呢個Tiramisu嘅可麗餅係一百分,食完係超級滿足,因為佢個餡揭出嚟係真係用Tiramisu嘅餅底同埋有咖啡酒味,個top加咗球雲呢拿雪糕,再灑啲咖啡粉喺面同埋有粒法式馬卡龍伴碟,成件事非常完美。


4)Matcha Latte 抹茶鮮奶 $46
唔太甜,有好濃嘅抹茶味,仲有靚靚拉花,好大杯,打卡一流!


餐廳Service幾好,會識得向客人推介菜式,餐廳入面亦都好乾淨企理。可麗餅係會即叫即整,所以係非常之新鮮熱辣辣上碟,呢個加分👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

晚上,我和家人一起去了一家尖沙咀嘅法國菜館,享受了一頓精緻的晚餐。首先我哋叫咗一杯紅酒,呢杯紅酒入口順滑,果香濃郁,為呢餐晚餐揭開咗序幕。接着是一碗椰菜花濃湯,呢個湯好有特色,用椰菜花烹調而成,湯底清甜鮮美,非常開胃。主菜方面,我哋叫咗香烤法國春雞同香煎比目魚。春雞皮脆肉嫩,烤得金黃香脆,肉質鮮嫩多汁,春雞旁邊仲有烤蔬菜,如薯蓉、紅蘿蔔、南瓜,蔬菜烤得剛好,保留咗蔬菜嘅鮮甜。比目魚煎得外皮香脆,魚肉嫩滑鮮甜,配上配上香草汁,味道更上一層樓。比目魚旁邊仲有忌廉菠菜,菠菜嫩滑,忌廉汁香濃,中和咗比目魚嘅油膩感。最後我哋仲叫咗佢哋嘅招牌甜品蘋果金寶可麗餅配焦糖醬及香草雪糕,呢個甜品好靚,用蘋果做成金寶形狀,入面釀咗肉桂同糖,再包住可麗餅皮煎香,淋上焦糖醬,配上香草雪糕,賣相精緻,味道酸甜可口,為呢餐晚餐畫上一個完美嘅句號。

晚上,我和家人一起去了一家尖沙咀嘅法國菜館,享受了一頓精緻的晚餐。

大概一年前左右去過中環這家法式可麗餅店一直心心念念好想再吃🥹前幾天終於跟朋友回訪了💗東西還是依舊的好吃🤤環境也很舒適 人不算太多 可以慢慢享受~我們點了兩個set lunch包了沙拉/湯、主菜跟飲料各一客主菜我們選了Classic Egg Benedict和Mac & Cheese🤪Mac & Cheese份量也太豐盛了 最後當然要以它們的可麗餅為甜點作結~必須要點它們家的可麗餅!內餡主要分甜味和鹹味我們點了Butterscotch Apple Crumble🍎餅皮軟Q帶有奶油香表面灑上酥脆的蘋果金寶碎內餡是經肉桂粉調味的蘋果 軟腍清爽整個香氣十足 非常滿足😋😋

中環lunchtime難搵食是常識,經openrice訂了12:30,即時可入座。我們由12:30坐到2:00,餐廳一直都有空枱。蕃茄餐湯味道較酸。1/3小匙的黑松露醬放在兩片煎帶子上,再放在可麗餅上。可麗餅內有一粒粒帶子仔、蘑菇片及白汁。帶子仔及蘑菇片似乎沒有煎或炒過,只有小小鹹味,味道太普通,有點像我在家玩煮飯仔。可麗餅午餐份量較小,如果當天較肚餓,建議選其他午餐。不過這裡人不多、唔會嘈、員工招呼也唔錯,午間約朋友食個lunch也不錯。
