To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨晚,我在黃埔大家樂買了外賣自取,買了四杯特色飲品和家人一起分享。其中有兩杯紅豆冰和兩杯鴛鸯青檸冰。紅豆冰是我最喜歡的飲品之一。冰凍的紅豆和甜甜的紅豆糖漿讓這杯飲品充滿了豐富的口感。每一口都能品味到紅豆的香甜,讓我忍不住一次又一次地舔嘴唇。我拿起紅豆冰,小心翼翼地品味,然後輕輕地吸了一口。嗡嗡的冰涼感在我的嘴裡瞬間散開,讓我感到舒爽和愉悅。我轉頭看著媽媽,她也滿臉享受地喝著另外一杯紅豆冰。看著家人一起分享這美味的冰品,我覺得非常幸福。除了紅豆冰,我也買了兩杯鴛鸯青檸冰。鴛鸯青檸冰是一種非常獨特的飲品,它結合了鹹檸檬和青檸檬的味道。這種甜甜酸酸的組合讓它成為了一種受歡迎的選擇。我知道這是妹妹喜歡的味道。我把另一杯鴛鸯青檸冰遞給爸爸。他滿臉驚喜地淺笑著,一口氣喝了下去。他說這個味道真的很特別,他從來沒有嚐過這麼好喝的飲品。

今日成日都在出面工作走黎走去咁,雖然下午食左小小野做TEA不過都真係好快又累又餓入到去就睇下食咩先叫左個餐.滑蛋粟米魚塊+莞茜皮蛋蝦丸湯鍋加普洱茶再加個白飯仲有$5扣減,等於9折,正呀滑蛋粟米魚塊都幾香口,不過魚就炸得太乾身莞茜皮蛋蝦丸湯鍋幾香口幾新鮮味道普洱茶正常野白飯正常野

因為下午要外出會議的關係只可以有30分鐘午餐時間所以黎一個快餐吧第一時間想到的就是公司附近的大家樂見到餐牌上有焗肉醬意粉就立即下單了兒童時代最愛肉醬意粉還要是焗的肉醬意 不是燴意粉焗盤邊與盤底烘燶的意粉是精髓所在再加上茄醬 十分開胃每次都可以整碟清而家大家樂仲有會員制有優惠又可以儲積分趕時間午餐之選

今晚想學肥媽食平啲,去黃埔行街,就選左黃埔號旁既大家樂簡簡單單食一餐。我同媽媽叫左個西冷掛餐同埋泰式烤雞椰漿飯配東陰功湯。# 西冷牛扒餐 # ***** * 6/10牛扒,好硬,但係唔會好似茶餐廳果啲落左勁多鬆肉粉既texture。配飯,個飯入境雞蛋炒飯,夠乾身,OK。腸,唔太咸,OK。# 泰式燒雞、椰漿飯、東陰功湯 # ***** ** 7.5/10燒雞幾好食,醃得夠味,雖然雞胸位乾左啲,但因為隻雞細,所以接受到,有啲位既皮係脆口的,所以幾香,點埋佢個泰式辣汁,正。椰漿飯係黃色,無乜椰漿味,但唔難食。最正係個東陰功湯,好好味,唔太咸,酸酸甜甜之中略帶辣勁,食到一塊塊蕃茄同埋幾隻蝦,仲要係爽口既蝦 (但應該係急凍蝦),好夠香料,食到好多香茅,所以好正。推介!烤雞餐值得一試,兩個餐先至120蚊啱啱好!
