To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我草根去大家樂為飽肚㗎姐！我唔會要求蔗渣價錢，燒鵝味道！但佢塊牛扒張廣告相就厚一厚，現實就一半都無！我都明現實與理想嘅分別，但你都唔好咁過份呀！早2日仲喺新聞見佢哋話有加價嘅空間，哼！我張相影到好似2塊咁，唔係㗎！塊嘢自己形狀不規則凸起咋！下面中空㗎！見到咁我寧願1)食2餸飯，平靚正；2)俾貴少少去花x餐廳好過！橫店都嬲嬲地，唔差在評埋食物喇！1)跟餐嗰串炸乜薯🥔，切太薄，炸到又燶又乾！我去換過條，仍然好薄，不過唔儂就算，點知食落就一口油！老麥hea做都好過佢？2)個湯🍵D粉開到膠水咁！3)牛扒🐂由於太薄，經鐵板一上之後令塊扒乾到到乜咁4)無論係件扒，湯，定串乜鬼薯都係一個味~~~咸呀！

中午，簡簡單單，不想多去思考吃什麼時，港式快餐店就是最好的選擇。這一次，行了出英皇道，就近就來了《大家樂》簡單地開一餐。 好多時，中午飯都想飲返碗湯，若有羅宋湯這一個選項，我通常都會點上。因為這兒的羅宋湯夠濃香，蕃茄味也是十足的，湯料多唔多就真係好睇運氣啦。咖喱雞飯，全名是香濃咖喱雞髀飯。果真，是雞髀肉來的，入口很是香滑。咖喱夠香，但辣度就未夠。不過，用來伴飯吃，不得不說是一流。夠飽，夠滿足，以我的口味來說，黎三大快餐店食野，都係咖喱飯最好。

今日下午去買，返到去打開黎食啲肉得兩舊，冇配菜，冇汁紅米菜飯，太少，得八成滿加上叫左個加大飯底個碗飯，三分之一都冇完全唔夠食，收人哋$50實在太貴加上個湯得啲大骨，冇肉，冇甘筍

下午茶餐$27，炒麵、奶油脆豬配粒粒紅豆冰。炒麵有很多韭菜，面不硬不軟炒得適中。即焊脆豬很脆，加奶油咬一口非常好吃，值得一贊。紅豆冰內紅豆都算多，但咬落總覺缺了些東西，就是只感覺到粒粒紅豆殼而吃不到紅豆裡面的粉肉。

今天早上去咗砲台山北角城中心果間大家樂食個早餐，點咗雞扒煎雙旦火腿通粉，一杯即磨咖啡！三十幾蚊，份量豐富！最好食係果件雞扒喎，又稔又肉滑！淋D醬汁混在一起食，好味。煎雙旦整得幾企理，再加多一碗火腿通粉，俾多$8，咁嘅份量，兩人都夠食，認真超值！果杯即磨咖啡亦都合格，幾香滑，唔錯！
