To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大家樂這間人人皆知的快餐店，今天要介紹的是在大埔道，話說成個石硤尾區原來就只有這間大家樂，所以一開業，常常都很多人光顧。我在早上剛剛開門不久就去食早餐，當然有很多座位，我叫了最喜歡吃的炸魚柳配香腸，魚柳炸得香脆，是保持水準的魚柳早餐，不會有太油膩的感覺，而且相當大塊，配以沙律醬是最夾的，加上濃度適中的熱奶茶，是簡單而又很美味的一頓早餐。難怪有一班擁躉，天天大家樂吃早餐。不過晚上經過見到呢間分店原來係唔做晚市，估唔到會咁靜，或者係因為呢區都係多老人家，鍾意返屋企煮飯仔

買焗豬扒飯和牛肉焗飯熱啡和凍奶茶外賣，等了差不多25分鐘才詢問，但水吧主任黃XX 態度非常惡劣，食物好吃又如何，員工態度差不特止還和隔離的同事講是講非，這些原來是大型快餐店員工的態度，今次經驗真是增長知識啊！

放假唔想煮早餐,又想食得放d, 去食快餐最好不過!好耐冇食, 見餐牌甘多款,又中式又西式,西式又魚柳, 雞扒, 豬扒,煙肉蛋.... 真係選擇困難症上身, 最終決定食邪惡厚切餐肉炒蛋,再加$7要個雪菜肉絲米, 用支付寶有得減$3,抵!唔洗交飛,不過好快就見出number, 大大份早餐又出晒煙,唔錯! 拎返位有d重, 做好消毒可以開餐主角餐肉有兩塊, 好厚, 煎左唔係好"火農", 咬落口好滿足,又香又夠厚,夠晒邪惡,自已煮一定唔會甘放縱,haa炒蛋火候岩岩好, 幾滑, 多士剛烘好, 熱熱, 好味雪菜米d米粉就一般,下次都係要通粉好d

間中會來到這裏吃午飯或者下午茶，叫了個三文治和沙律配熱檸檬水，價錢還可以接受，餐廳下午茶選擇還有不少，例如有雞翼、台灣肉操飯配紅豆湯等等。間中還會選擇吃兒時愛吃的一個豬扒飯，酸酸甜甜的味道令人胃口大開。
