To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐無食大家樂早餐,其實都好近我,不過一般就網上訂第2間自取。呢個早餐有令我重回大家樂懷抱嘅感覺。我連續食咗兩日,睇個包都知,第2日靚仔好多。雖然燕麥奶滑蛋系列都新咗一排,其實我係完全衝着個咸排骨粥來嘅,因為之前嘅太好食啦,成日令我回味。講返呢次個滑蛋堡,真係唔講得笑,好好味,份量仲十足,同事見我食,睇到個包,仲話比起‘’牡丹樓‘’個包大個好多,我自己都覺,好飽肚,其實唔食個粥都好够飽,不過我都話我係衝住個粥返來㗎啦,又點會掉低個粥呢。個粥真係某得頂,好綿滑咸香。我一直對咸骨粥都好情有獨鍾,自己時不時都會去凍肉鋪買啲排骨粒醃咸佢自己煲,但係都無呢度咁好味,所以不枉我咁念念不忘啦

我今日午餐去咗大家樂食佢新推出嘅太極鴛鴦炒飯,個炒飯分白汁同黑汁兩邊,好似太極圖咁。白汁係奶油味,黑汁係墨魚汁,兩種味道都幾香濃,味道好夾,醬汁好Cremay,唔會太膩。而炒飯炒得好乾身,唔會太油膩,而入面有蝦仁、蛋同青豆等配料,蝦仁又大隻又彈牙,蛋又滑又香,青豆增加咗色彩同口感。個炒飯份量足夠,食得好飽。仲送一杯低糖綠茶,可以解油解渴。好抵食!我覺得呢個炒飯好有創意,將中西合併,適合想試新口味嘅人。

今日去叫個魚柳煎蛋多士加炸菜米,飲綠茶。魚柳好食,正常水準。但碗粉有唔止一札米粉係生既,大佬,我本身都唔想寫。綠茶無冰、米粉生既,蛋煎到有鑊撈送。愈食愈差,我為左魚柳先食。真心改善下,貴就貴左,個餐$44。

每次黎上環做野要食平早餐,一定簡大家樂!究竟依間大家樂有咩咁特別?依到沖既奶茶特別有茶香,淡奶亦都岩岩好,每樣野都岩岩好!速食最擔心食物放到冷了,但依到既食物溫度好熱,煎蛋都亦唔會太老!值得推薦!

晏晝唔係好肚餓,求其係公司附近買個外賣食,見佢有個湯飯就嗌嚟食下沙薑鹽雞髀冬瓜湯飯 + 餐飲/湯 $47唔係好肚餓就嗌左半飯,嚟到真係有半飯到,廢事食唔曬浪費食物啦🤣外賣佢雞脾同湯會分開裝一打開碗湯已經聞到好大陣芫荽味,成碗湯個麵都飄浮住一堆芫荽,中意食芫荽嘅可能好滿足,可惜我係唔食嘅人🤢個人認為如果係呢個份量嘅芫荽可以寫埋係個名到,等人如果唔食芫荽可以嗌個陣走青,碗湯底都仲有芫荽碗湯撇除芫荽之外,入面都幾多冬瓜,仲有啲紅蘿蔔粒同菇粒,無咁單調 不過略嫌有啲油,一飲落口已經覺得有啲油,味道上其實都係啲味精湯嘅味,唔好預係屋企滾湯嘅味道,除左鹹鹹地都飲唔出用咩煲,不過啲冬瓜幾好食,清清地咁,夏天食下啲冬瓜都幾舒服雞髀都幾大隻同好重沙薑味,都幾重口味下,個雞皮係已經煮到個皮好腍好似滷水個種,食落唔會覺得一舊肥膏係個口到咁,我自己就幾中意呢種,雞髀肉都好滑,不過都係同樣問題,又係幾油下,雖然雞髀本身都比較肥,食到尾浸左啲雞髀落湯到就見到碗湯面真係好多油,但係味道上都唔差嘅跟餐有得揀野飲或者中西湯,見本身嗌左湯飯廢事再嗌多碗湯飲,都係嗌左杯熱啡,埋單$47,係快餐店食野都唔預有啲咩高質野食,不過不失咁啦
