To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 屋企人懶得煮飯，求其去咗附近商場搵嘢食。搬咗過嚟咁耐都未試過呢邊大家樂，不嬲對大家樂嘅晚餐都好悶滿意，覺得大家樂晚餐好食過大快活晚餐。果然冇令到我失望，我哋三個人叫咗一人一個餐，真係好抵食，唔使$100已經有個雜扒餐，而且味道唔錯我覺得呢一間大家樂嘅味道係咁多間之中最好食嘅。而且每次經過都見到夜晚係坐滿晒人好多人喺度等位。所以如果好多糧尾嘅朋友其實可以選擇去大家樂食，因為大家樂嘅晚餐都唔差嘅。我自己最鍾意就係食大家樂嘅去骨海南雞飯。
