To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Got this set as I love roast chicken but I didn't have any expectations because of the price and that fact that this is CDC.The pasta was too soft and tasteless while the sauce was lacking a beefy and tomato taste.The sweet potatoes are nice and shrivelled up compared to the picture.I wish they were potatoes but Chinese people don't eat spuds.The star of the show was the worst because the chicken was stiff, dry and too salty that I wonder how long it has been frozen since it was slaughtered.You

 You can tell that it had been frozen since the ice ages because the bones and chicken meat have gone grey.

      今晚又要一個人食晚餐，我去左大家樂外賣自取返屋企慢慢食，有時係外面一個人食都幾lonely，返屋企食都好！今晚嗌左咖啡吉列豬扒飯，塊豬扒都炸得好脆，又好大塊，感覺幾好，而且咖啡另外上，岩晒我，因為有時覺得太多咖啡會太咸，咖啡吾算辣甜味較重，送飯吾錯，整體都很滿足。

      Hello and welcome to my review.It's lunchtime again and it's a fast food chain everywhere in Hong Kong so don't expect too much (Cafe de Coral). For a HK$30 pot rice, there's absolutely NOTHING to complain about otherwise better not to eat.Steamed Chicken with preserved squid: I usally asks for non-colouring (no soy sauce) for all steam rice and or dishes because that tends to impair the original taste of the dish.       It's lunchtime again and it's a fast food chain everywhere in Hong Kong so don't expect too much (Cafe de Coral). For a HK$30 pot rice, there's absolutely NOTHING to complain about otherwise better not to eat.

      Steamed Chicken with preserved squid: I usally asks for non-colouring (no soy sauce) for all steam rice and or dishes because that tends to impair the original taste of the dish. It was quick and easy lunch being served. The rice pot doesn't taste too salty nor too much m.s.g. Steamed properly, mild taste, rice is chewy as it should be, chicken & squid is slightly minced & marinated with light seasoning and a few brocoli on top of the rice for presentation. Again, what more can you ask for for HK$30?

      晚飯時候，想快快趣趣地完成，然後便可趕及睇戲的時間。時值太概九時四十五分，看見有間快餐店，於是便決定走住去了，但不知道原來已差不多到達打烊的時間。店內只有數名食客，而很多東西都已經售罄了，幸好自已頗喜愛的雞扒飯還在。雖然是差不多最後的一碟，但飯的熱度及軟度尚可，而雞扒也算有肉汁，都不錯呀！

      現在的時代跟以前真的大不同，不單單是手機類電子產品可以天天轉型號，就連快餐店也不可以一天到晚也是賣焗豬扒飯作為招牌菜；以前一家酒樓只要有一道招牌菜，就可以父親傳兒子，兒子再傳孫，也不用太過擔心人客會吃厭，怕就只會怕子孫為家産告上法庭又或者是被人抄襲版權。今天到大家樂見到連鮑魚餐也有的吃，要了一個來吃，可以選擇叉燒飯或紹興花雕雞套餐。一個賣47元，有一碟一隻的鮑魚，外形比我想像中要大，因為之前另外一間快餐店的鮑魚真的還要小，配以兩隻 豬肉冬菇，一碗雞湯，一杯普洱茶。鮑魚當然不可能是糖心，不過總算是味道不錯，而且很”淋“，老人家也不用擔心會吃不得。叉燒飯也不算太差，雖然不知道為何飯有點過硬。自己反而最喜歡那雞湯，很入味的，所以可以一飲而盡。不知道大家樂之市場部下一次又要推出什麽新產品來滿足顧客呢？
