To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 套餐是一碗細餐肉麵，再加多士炒蛋，埋單$30都唔使，講講塊多士，多士配備牛油，與平常多士一樣，夠厚，烤得不錯，整塊都是脆的。炒蛋才是皇道，好佩服大家樂將啲蛋炒得咁滑，蛋滑如絲，入口好像已經唔需要點咬，蛋味也重！主腳餐肉公仔麵，講真真係無乜特別，叫做有個麵飽肚感多一點，餐肉不太薄，還是有良心的切得厚厚，煎得也幾香，麵是福字麵，用滾水開是常識吧？如果大家樂可以加$3配出前一丁也不錯！一向都食大家樂早餐，今早發現原來出左新Menu，當然要幫襯，正所謂豐富早餐是返工的動力吧！
