To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. ✨銀針粉 配多士/蘿蔔糕+炒滑蛋+飲品我就選咗多士同可樂～銀針粉嘅味道好有家鄉風味，口感就麻麻啦。多士脆身 就咁食都唔會好乾，不過配牛油/炒蛋就啱啱好。飲品有得選熱飲或者汽水，當時太口渴就選可樂。

今日行到攰，見有間大家樂喺隔離，因為好耐已經冇食，所以就直接入左去，我揀左個牛扒餐配酥皮湯，一如既往都係咁好食。首先塊牛扒真係好大塊，再配上黑椒汁，非常惹味。而酥皮湯，係白湯黎，比較普通，但一樣好好食。呢一餐非常經濟實惠。

先講下環境，呢間大家樂個場咁大，但冇乜人清檯，要自己拎走上一手留低嘅食物加抹檯😅下午茶時段$32 碗仔翅 & 魚蛋燒賣蘿白大大碗碗仔翅😋首先佢啲料好足，差唔多啖啖都係料，菇片會偏多。外賣會細碗啲湯底方面，味道啱啱好，唔算太濃味亦唔淡。個芡勾得好平均，唔會好稠或者太稀，加埋啲醋簡直完美😋係熱愛碗仔翅人士嘅福音！！啲魚蛋同埋魚蛋就細細粒，有附咖哩汁，味道正正常常，稱唔上好食或難食🧐蘿白有時會有渣食完全部都夠飽👌🏻抵食！

大家樂$36超值選，基本上只有兩款碟頭飯定期輪流替換，今次食了貴妃鮑片雞粒炒飯，貴妃鮑片加上嫩滑雞粒，矜貴得嚟又抵食，配埋飲品都只需$36。貴妃鮑片為仿鮑食品，成份包括魷魚及鮑魚味醬汁。
