To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢一日落黎呢頭,連午餐都未食。就呢度食下午茶啦,呢度都算幾多人。食咩好啦?食叉燒瀨粉同飲珍珠奶茶啦。珍珠奶茶我飲果陣係唔夠凍既,即係都放左幾耐下。我當然叫水吧換過佢啦,換過杯之後就好飲好多,又夠凍。珍珠又夠淋。叉燒瀨粉叉燒都算係半肥瘦,又唔會太韌。而瀨粉又算好爽口,同埋碗瀨粉整得好睇左小小。呢餐都算唔錯,不過珍珠奶茶就唔好放太耐,唔係既唔夠凍就唔好飲。

又到了一人晚餐的時候,看見大家樂推出了,一試無妨!!冰活藍貝意粉:$33蘋果綠茶:+$1羅宋湯+蒜蓉包:+$5total:$39羅宋湯和蒜蓉包雖然隨處可食,但出乎意料地達水準之上,意粉雖然稱不上有意式風味,但仍挺特別,令我一口接一口,青口亦有10粒,最終順利"清盤"!!雖然$39稱不上很便宜,但物超所值還是名副其實的!!

羅宋湯和蒜蓉包雖然隨處可食,但出乎意料地達水準之上,意粉雖然稱不上有意式風味,但仍挺特別,令我一口接一口,青口亦有10粒,最終順利"清盤"!!雖然$39稱不上很便宜,但物超所值還是名副其實的!!

一向我也很喜歡去大家樂,特別早餐時段,銅鑼灣那一間是我平常去的,那裡的服務員全部也很有善,親切,但我估不到屯門和銅鑼灣分店的分別怎麼可以那麼大?估不到晨早想吃個早餐未吃也令我一肚火有個收銀員的態度實在太差了,是不是屯門的顧客就不用親切對代呢?

星期五夜晚,有野做就黎呢度食晚飯。食咩好呢,就打邊爐啦。今次食左個肥牛雜丸,湯底要豬骨同沙嗲湯底。加六蚊仲有杯凍檸賓飲。講下湯底先,豬骨湯底唔錯。個湯底好清又夠入味,又唔會太鹹。唔錯。而個沙嗲湯底好夠濃,我上次食就淡而無味。不過唔夠味既都可以用佢地本身有既沙茶醬溝埋一齊。牛肉都幾好味,入口即溶。而個蝦滑好新鮮,蝦味都幾夠。而雜丸好結實,唔會話一夾就散。其他材料都可以既,但又唔見得太特別,特別留意既係豆腐用左百福豆腐,好滑好好食。而個蔬菜份量比以前多,感覺上比較健康。而我最鍾意個米線,彈牙爽口,但份量多就更好啦。凍檸賓只有利賓納就無乜特別既,加埋檸檬就好好飲。呢個晚餐都唔錯,但我覺得個冷氣唔多夠。結果越食越熱,我由七點三食到八點半。越夜越多人,希望呢間生意越來越好啦。
