To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢一日落黎呢頭,連午餐都未食。就呢度食下午茶啦,呢度都算幾多人。食咩好啦?食叉燒瀨粉同飲珍珠奶茶啦。珍珠奶茶我飲果陣係唔夠凍既,即係都放左幾耐下。我當然叫水吧換過佢啦,換過杯之後就好飲好多,又夠凍。珍珠又夠淋。叉燒瀨粉叉燒都算係半肥瘦,又唔會太韌。而瀨粉又算好爽口,同埋碗瀨粉整得好睇左小小。呢餐都算唔錯,不過珍珠奶茶就唔好放太耐,唔係既唔夠凍就唔好飲。

叉燒都算係半肥瘦,又唔會太韌。而瀨粉又算好爽口,

呢餐都算唔錯,不過珍珠奶茶就唔好放太耐,唔係既唔夠凍就唔好飲。
