To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我在過年時節,基本上是不入廚房的,於是,最方便快捷的做法,就是去黃大仙南館的大家樂食午餐。我點左個厚切焗豬扒飯$49,簡簡單單,飯面有配菜(菠蘿,紅蘿蔔,蕃茄等),好惹味!

午餐過後,我和爸爸到黃大仙中心內的大家樂,飲番杯冬天暖笠笠的新出飲品,我們叫了兩杯熱杞子雪梨茶。我們是外賣打包的,但見佢熱飲,如果回來冷了就浪費了,就打開來一邊談天一邊飲了,茶香之餘, 搅拌後茶中的雪梨浮现出来(見圖),吃下去也有雪梨味道,好吃好喝。

今天下午,午飯後回家,先到黃大仙這間大家樂買約杯外賣飲品,下午好在家中享用。叫了一杯熱齋啡,再叫了三杯熱檸檬水。回到家中,把啡倒入杯中,把檸水的檸檬加進去,就是自制的檸啡了,真好飲。其他的水,都是有維他命C的檸檬水,都一樣飲用了。

今日屋企人話食焗豬扒飯,我又搭單跟住要一個,日日諗食咩真係麻煩,直接跟隔離個個一樣就好🤣大家樂最出名應該係焗豬扒飯,食焗豬扒飯就會諗起大家樂👍🏻我估包裝盒應該係錫紙做,個飯盒非常保溫,個飯番到尼都仲好熱,拆開個飯個陣都熱到手指痛,絕對吾驚凍左唔好食焗豬扒飯有好多芝士,四角放左4件好完整既蕃茄,豬扒亦都好大塊,不過個飯都係太大個,我又係食吾曬,裝起左個飯盒又可以留番下一餐再食,咁又可以諗少1餐啦🤣
