The main course I ordered was Stuffed Squid with Mixed Fungus & Black Truffle Risotto. It's extremely fresh therefore tasty, the black truffle added that very light but sophisticated feel to the dish, and the squid was juicy which I consider as the most important factor when comes judging a squid dish. Rice stuffed-in is a great idea, it makes you very satisfied eating them. Over all I give 10 out of 10 for this dish, the layers of tastes were beautifully constructed.

如果年輕人在想起雞肉的時候只能想到KFC,那將是一件很可悲的是,因為KFC的對雞肉菜式的理解,就是柴柴的肉質,加上一層炸得酥脆,充滿著各種香料的表皮。其實,這是世界上,特別會做烤雞的是西班牙地中海式的審美。首先,雞肉必須是天然散養的,否則肉質不可能有彈性,而且比較乾。還有,就是不能冷凍,要用鮮雞,這間餐廳,堅持使用本地農場的每日鮮雞做食材,以西班牙方法炮製的——達利烤雞。西班牙烤雞的秘訣,就是在烤盤下麵鋪上一層三色椒,這樣在烤制的過程中,蔬菜中的水分和香味會進入到雞肉的肉質中,令味道在香濃的基礎上又多了一點清新,在這一點上,我一直認為地中海做法的烤雞好過港式燒味,因為,這一點點平衡。 同時,在烤制的過程中,幾次調整溫度,形成外脆里嫩的效果,雞皮中的脂肪迅速融化,進入到肉質中帶來更潤澤的口感。這里的Pizza也很推薦,主要是餅皮夠薄,並且烤的很脆,一個人可以吃完一件Pizza,不會覺得過飽,味道好過快餐Pizza太多!

今日同朋友相約去大尾督踩單車,見到一間七彩嘅餐廳,原來係一間藝術餐廳,名符其實,裏面嘅藝術畫作就算係外國,亦好少見到的極高水準,室外園林實景,室內是畫家的壁畫,七彩繽紛的云彩,旭日初昇,朝氣勃勃,令人心曠神怡,美得幾乎忘了醫肚。侍應介紹的招牌達利烤鷄,果然無介紹錯,不單只肉嫩多汁,雞味鮮甜,最重要是沒有激素,現在香港人那麼多的都市病,皆由飲食而來,另外一度菜是燒豬手,最初都想像唔到真的可以皮鬆脆,肉嫩滑,但是真的如侍應所說沒有誇張,第三款餐是新鮮尤魚黑松露什菌意大利飯,美味不在話下,黑松露香在唇舌間遊走,從來沒想到在西餐廳可以吃到新鮮的食物,這是我第一次真正難忘,可惜我們只有三人,想試多款亦無能為力,但壓軸的甜品木糠疍糕可說是我畢生以來最回味的甜品,只要有時間,一定會同朋友來回味這視覺、味覺和聽覺的享受,這真是一間值得一來再來的藝術餐廳。

假日到大尾篤逛, 隨便試一家餐廰白汁煮青口, 不過不失, 汁是不錯的, 都算香, 青口還可以, 未有腥味, 但有點太細隻蟹肉芝士焗西蘭花, 很香口, 都算有驚喜, 不錯的頭盤沙嗲串燒, 豬, 牛, 雞, 還可以, 未算出色, 但出品很香燒味燒雞, 聲稱是招牌菜, 都可以, 雞很鬆軟, 燒汁都很好, 整體是高分的木糠雪糕/蛋糕, 十分之深刻的感覺, 一試無妨, 夠凍夠美味, 很特別

今天與朋友到大尾督遊玩,途經一彩色屋頗為吸引,原來為一意大利餐廳,故入內光顧,店員推介達利烤雞、德國豬手及甜品木糠疍榚。烤雞及豬手賣相頗隹,前者果然名不虛傳,有新鮮雞之質感,後者皮脆肉軟,口感一流,再來一木糠疍榚,甜而不腻,入口即溶,令人一試難忘,這次旅程可說是得到一個最意外的收穫。

每個月都會同愛人試下不同既餐廳, 今次上網就搵左呢間~揸車去到門口, 即刻有staff出黎問我地係咪book左位, 仲安排我地將架車可以泊正門口, 方便!! 我地揀左坐outdoor, 環境唔錯, 好舒服, 有少少感覺似去左外遊~叫左一個燒魷魚.. 唔算太特別一碟意粉.. 唔記得咩名  不過味道都OK仲有一個PIZZA.. 黎到先知有成12", 應該岩4人食最後我地都KO 晒 其實仲想叫埋招牌甜品心太軟不過真係食唔落下次有機會再黎呢間餐廳D Service 都唔錯!

大尾督係好多人眼內係一個假日好去處,可以bbq,踩單車,釣下魚等等,但對我來說係一個平日午餐的canteen(但係最近都少去左大尾督食午餐),有幾間餐廳係我心水,依間係其中一間!因為每次掛住食,唔記得影相,只有記得影甜品!平日午餐有set lunch,通常有牛排,羊排,薄豬排(有時候有),龍利柳,鴨胸等等可配意粉或薯菜!有紅湯或白湯選擇!我覺得紅湯好好味,好濃郁既蕃茄味而且又香!湯配蒜茸包,香口得黎配紅湯不錯!主菜方面我比較鍾意食牛排,所以開頭幾次都係叫牛排!不過每次都唔好食,好干身,肉質好”鞋”,餐牌寫肉眼,但最多似西冷,所以之後唔敢再點牛排啦…!!我通常都係叫羊排五成熟!今次都唔例外,幾嫩,而且又做到五成熟的效果,出面有部分餐廳都做唔到,所以依樣都值得讚美!(不過…依家d羊排比以前細左,而且無以前咁嫩,不過依家都唔差)而意粉既軟硬度適中!我地之後通常再會加錢點甜品,心太軟同木槺蛋糕都好正!其他比較少叫!因為覺得依兩樣比較出色!我今次點左心太軟,送到時蛋糕仲係熱,切開時朱古力漿流出黎配上面凍冰冰既雲呢拿雪糕一齊食,真係好味!

我今次點左心太軟,送到時蛋糕仲係熱,切開時朱古力漿流出黎配上面凍冰冰既雲呢拿雪糕一齊食,真係好味!

一天偶然放假,山長水遠走入大美督本來要踩下單車,可惜太懶起床,結果到下午先到....與友人決定先醫肚。大美督有多間餐廳,我好多都試過,唯獨這間友人推薦的還是頭一次試。餐廳外貌非常耀眼,坐車經過的朋友應該有見過。看看餐廳內介紹,原來是老闆鍾先生一手設計及畫上,配合餐廳名字與藝術掛鈎。餐廳分室內及室外兩區,我這天選擇在室內用餐。侍應們很殷勤,我們一坐下就端上兩大杯水,再看看餐牌有set lunch。我選了羊扒午餐,跟餐可選南瓜湯,湯濃而滑,加點黑胡椒就很不錯;我試了一口友人單點的黑松露鮮菌忌廉湯,很濃的味道,加上相當夠熱,早知我也點這個。跟湯的麵包意想不到的脆,吃下去不膩有蒜香,羊趴很嫩滑,份量不多但剛剛好,讓我可以留肚吃這裡有名的心太軟.......友人則選了焗豬扒飯,豬扒已經切好了,加上芝士及荷包蛋,番茄酸甜度適中,很不錯呢!原來焗豬扒飯不是經常有的午餐,我也算走運有幸品嚐了! 到了甜品時間,我很貪心點了3款甜品,木糠蛋糕、法式焦糖燉蛋及心太軟朱古力布甸,三款都各有特色,但要排名次的話,應該是心太軟朱古力布甸最有驚喜,朱古力流心漿做得剛好,不太甜但朱古力味相當香濃,雲呢拿雪糕故意做得較

友人則選了焗豬扒飯,豬扒已經切好了,加上芝士及荷包蛋,番茄酸甜度適中,很不錯呢!原來焗豬扒飯不是經常有的午餐,我也算走運有幸品嚐了!

到了甜品時間,我很貪心點了3款甜品,木糠蛋糕、法式焦糖燉蛋及心太軟朱古力布甸,三款都各有特色,但要排名次的話,應該是心太軟朱古力布甸最有驚喜,朱古力流心漿做得剛好,不太甜但朱古力味相當香濃,雲呢拿雪糕故意做得較硬,以免很快融掉......其實個焦糖燉蛋都很不錯,我吃過很多西餐廳嘅要不是不夠滑就是不夠香,特別欣賞燉蛋上那層脆糖,厚度適中而且均勻散佈整個燉蛋上,以上兩種甜品都各有兩個層次的美味!不是怕肥....仲想來多一客!


最後,喝了杯香料奶茶,貪心又八卦想試試個即磨咖啡,兩杯很香滑,正合我意!


就此吃了個超豐富的午(也算是提早的晚餐.....),藝程雅聚,下次再會!

之後我地又嗌左兩個甜品,一個係心太軟,另一個係cheesecake
先講心太軟,簡直冇得頂,太好味啦~~
不過個cheesecake唔係好得,太甜啦,好難入口。
所以個cheesecake我地都係食左一半就冇食到啦。

另外講到服務方面,都十分好啦。
我同朋友碗湯飲左一半放係一邊,連續三,四個侍應問我地要唔要幫我地收起佢,怕會阻到我地;
之後我地打算轉枱坐,有位侍應幫我地攞哂所有野過去新既枱到......服務十分周到
仲有侍應同我地講食完野可以到樓上睇畫展,d侍應態度好nice ah^_^

不過呢......呢間cafe有分露天同室內既,我地簡係坐係露天,有d後悔,
坐露天位要涯埋二手煙,too bad!!!
