To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日第二次叫外賣外賣平台，蒜蓉多士好味，够入味，味道濃郁。黑松露蛋都唔錯，好大舊，而且有驚喜嘅係有薯蓉&蔬菜沙律（餐單冇提及）凍華田都唔錯。以為唔會再漏餐具，點知都係咁，唉。

平時叫開外賣自取，方便，去到有得拎，雖然成日奶茶會瀉，但係都接受到。不過尼次真係好過分，佢哋外賣紙（熱敏紙）唔記得拎走，擺左入食物度，當我打開果陣，見到張紙我已經呆左一下，唸住無嘢嘅，餐廳都有咁啦…但係當我拎張紙出黎見到啲紙無曬，我就唔咁食了🥲反胃🤢

今天跟朋友吃飯，點了一個午餐和一個下午茶餐，午餐是牛扒配雜菜和飯，份量都0K，有餐湯和一杯熟柚子茶。而下午茶餐就有厚多士和雞扒公仔麵(湯味比較濃)，及一杯凍檸檬茶。這間餐廳的食物質素都幾好，座位舒適，環境唔錯。

當日忘記落單叫杯茶走，叫侍應提供煉奶，佢見我落完之後，這位侍應好不禮貌兼大聲要收費2蚊，她的態度給我嚇一跳，此2蚊不是本人付不起問題，商品說明條例，如果係要收費，應該係事先聲明，由我決定加定唔加，不是事後才要收費，侍應原來可以濫收費用，這樣未免太不合理，當然最後是沒有收取，侍應當左自己係老闆上身，但係我相信老闆一定會這樣對待客人，請這位侍應檢討吓服務態度，不是這樣對待客人，希望有關負責該公司領導人，好好教導下前線服務人員應有基本態度同禮貌。
