首先,間餐廳雖然是普通餐廳的架構,但是有高級餐廳的感覺,分量足以餵飽五歲以下的小朋友。其次,杯凍檸茶頗有創意,成功地拉開了革新港式凍檸茶的序幕,引用了空前絕後的碎檸檬技術,將一杯普通的飲品昇華到令人難以下嚥的程度。其實我知係疫情之下依然能做到屹立不倒是一件唔容易的事情,我在此亦都對那些良心企業表示respect, 但是,這間餐廳竟然在這個風頭火勢的情況下,仍能堅守有加無減的商業原則,令人能在疫情之下依然不忘逆境自強的感覺,這種用心良苦以及飽人不知餓人饑的精神十分值得其他店家學習。最後,間餐廳在溝通及團隊協調方面更是令人欽佩得五體投地,我兩個朋友order左同一個餐,其中一個叫咗雞就尼左牛,都算好彩。但是,另一個卻等候左20分鐘後依然未尼,在第一次追單後,店員更是以視而不見、聽而不聞的態度對待。無計可施之下,我朋友只能再次追單,最後,他很慶幸地能在午飯時間前有飯入肚,他不禁感歎到能在午餐時間內食完飯是一件多麼奢侈的、幸福的事情。

父親節牛扒似鐵板,薯條似鐵枝,大蝦变蝦乾,另一個套餐應有两隻帶子,改蜆又冇通知,凱撒沙律麵包粒油益味,咬都咬不爛,其他濶麵味道怪怪?因在此店食過數次都比其他意樂好,但是次非常失望,同附近街坊了解謂此店實有很大的退步

焗茄子雞扒飯今日在大角咀附近工作,見到一間裝修較好的餐廳,於是走入去吃一個午餐,午餐的價錢大約$55蚊,於是我就叫左一個焗茄子雞扒飯。當個飯來到時,我見到整個飯放滿芝士,焗出來的樣子很漂亮。但是,整個飯的白汁非常稀,而且中間的飯是不夠熱的。對整個飯非常失望。而且雞扒是用梳打粉腌製的,雞扒沒有咬口,過份淋。焗飯還有一些蔬菜,蒜蓉味過重,蓋過蔬菜本身的鮮味。對整個焗飯十分失望。但是,員工的態度是很友善的。

Mushroom Soup: I could feel the grinded mushroom texture, a bit chewey, quite good. However, the mushroom smell is kind of faded, and the soup seems to be a little bit dilutedRoasted Pork Knuckle Combo: The portion of salad is larger than expected, the vegetables are fresh, if a few more tomato slices are added then it could be perfect. Roasted Pork Knuckle Combo: The portion of salad is larger than expected, the vegetables are fresh, if a few more tomato slices are added then it could be perfect. The services are good and the staff are polite and patient in handling complains from the table sitting next to me...
