To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. - 黑鬆露局飯
意粉有菇,煙肉,蜆,酒,明明好普通的材料,但味道出來卻奇奇怪怪,汁也太水滴滴。意粉不會煮過軟,蜆也算能入口,也是不幸中的大幸。
焗豬扒飯的醬也太敷衍,純茄膏般的味道,豬扒醃到沒口感,肉味都沒了。
雞翼比較上是三款最好的,皮脆肉厚多汁。雖然同真正的水牛雞翼醬差得遠。
Spaghetti have mushrooms, bacon, clams, wine, and ordinary materials are obviously good, but the taste comes out strange, and the juice is too dripping. The spaghetti will not be overcooked, and the clams can also be imported.
Baked pork chop rice sauce is too perfunctory, pure eggplant-like taste, pork chop marinated to taste, meat taste is gone.
Chicken wings are the best among the three, with crispy skin and thick and juicy meat. Although far from the real buffalo chicken wings sauce.

呢個雜扒配嘅係牛肝菌汁,同雞扒好夾。

呢間餐廳早餐到11:30 ,啱晒我呢啲懶人,唔使要一早起身先食到.不過唔知係咪好多人都好似我咁諗,所以去到都要等一陣先至有位⋯
朋友推介呢度嘅番茄濃湯雙併早餐,一於跟佢試吓!$32可以選2款餸包括流心蛋、火腿、午餐肉、野菌、漢堡扒、煙肉,都幾多選擇,我就揀咗漢堡扒野菌米粉,加$3仲有個蒜蓉多士,咁抵當然唔好放過啦!
呢度嘅蕃茄🍅濃湯湯底,實在非常濃郁,仲可以食到一粒粒蕃茄,唔會好似出邊食完好口渴或者無味嘅湯底。野菌炒香加埋漢堡扒同埋塗滿蒜蓉牛油行再烘香,飽肚又好味嘅早餐!
最後飲埋杯熱奶茶,茶味濃但係奶味比較淡,$35非常飽肚,性價比唔錯嘅一間餐廳
我叫左個雞扒早餐,可以俾我揀兩個餸,不過由於其他都係加工食物,唔啱我,所以兩個餸都揀左煎焗流心蛋
煎雞扒:雞扒味道口感都唔錯,但係就麻麻地食雞扒落汁(蒜蓉野菌汁),因為就咁食會太濃味,我下次會走汁
煎焗流心蛋x2:個人喜歡生少少嘅蛋,佢呢個就蛋黃有d凝固左,不過都好食,唔會太油同燶,兩隻蛋幾啖就食曬
蒜蓉多士:雖然仲少少脆,但偏向硬身多d,唔係好易咬開,食左一件就唔係太想食。btw我肯定以前有食過意樂嘅蒜蓉多士,而且係鬆脆,非常好食,希望下次會食到啦!
粟米:好味,濕潤,飽滿,有牛油香,不過分量少左d 左(可能係因為我中意食)
凍特配奶茶:特配奶茶有種平時少有嘅味(茶味?),幾特別,但係奶味茶味都唔夠出色,不過食早餐黎講淡淡地都幾好,易入口,可以飲多d都唔膩
總括而言我係滿意呢個早餐嘅,而且都食到好飽好滿足,希望下次個蒜蓉多士係熱辣辣啱啱烘完就好啦
香草烤雞茄子忌廉焗珍珠飯 - 烤雞肉質幼嫩,絕不乾巴巴,味道較咸。一大塊茄子略為乾身。
焗飯更加上不同的蔬菜,南瓜、翠玉瓜、野菜、洋蔥等。飯粒間的小黃點是蛋花,令飯粒的香味更添豐富。
珍珠飯比較硬身,是熟透的硬。
香草味不多,忌廉味卻是濃濃的,略咸了一點。
飯的溫度、烤雞的嫩滑,像是家裡自製的焗飯。
午餐焗飯加上一杯熱檸檬水,四十八元。外賣盒再額外加一元。
吃上一整個焗飯,非常飽暖。喝杯熱檸檬水,消消膩。
只知道大角咀係咁,其他地方唔知
如果咁價錢,不如去澳海城

Roasted Pork Knuckle Combo: The portion of salad is larger than expected, the vegetables are fresh, if a few more tomato slices are added then it could be perfect. The french fries are quite nice and crispy, I like their frying style. The pork knuckle, sadly, is just average. The skin is not crispy, the portion is smaller than I expected, and the knuckle seems to be a bit overcooked because there are almost no juices inside...
The services are good and the staff are polite and patient in handling complains from the table sitting next to me...
