To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去咗呢間食下午茶,入面環境唔算大,坐位有啲迫,點菜可以用QR code落單同人手落單,我點咗漢堡扒配意大利蕃茄濃湯煎焗流心蛋通粉同一杯凍新鮮冷壓檸檬茶。漢堡扒配意大利蕃茄濃湯煎焗流心通粉:漢堡扒肉質好腍,好有肉味。湯底好濃郁好有蕃茄味。煎焗流心蛋,煎得剛好有少少蛋黃流出。通粉軟熟。好味!新鮮冷壓檸檬茶:檸檬味道適中,茶好濃味,非常好飲!

FTM既生活開始啦。送完妹妹返學,再坐巴士返到屋企,已經一點幾,發現自己仲未食嘢,全職媽媽真係辛苦(明明之前返工, 11:30就lunch time)。原本好想食公仔麵,忽然發現我好似未食過意樂lunch. 跟住記起爸爸,上次話蒲燒鰻魚炒珍珠飯幾好食,所以諗住坐低試吓。我覺得都幾大碟,食唔晒。味道都唔錯,凍檸茶好飲(夠檸味)

間餐廳嘅裝修好靚,好光猛,我哋一開始都幾期待。點知啲員工串得好緊要,去落單嗰陣好似我哋求佢哋咁,黑口黑面,全程都冇乜笑容。落完單之後,等咗好耐啲嘢食先到。啲嘢食又求其,我叫咗個黑椒雞扒烏冬,啲黑椒醬勁多,鹹到頂唔順,雞扒又鞋到咬唔郁。烏冬就更加唔掂,林晒,完全冇口感。我哋食咗幾啖就食唔落,唯有叫埋單走人。埋單嗰陣,我忍唔住同個侍應投訴,點知佢仲串我,話我哋唔識食。我真係嬲到震,間餐廳啲服務咁差,啲嘢食又咁難食,真係伏到冇朋友!!以後都一定唔再去!!!!

外賣平台落餐後,發現店鋪送漏一個餐及一個餐包,事後致電該店同一女員工溝通,叫我一係去攞翻一係下次補翻券俾我。我去攞到應該就唔洗用外賣平台掛?另外呢,咁係咪有其中一名客戶唔洗食?跟住話咁我都幫唔到你。問對方會唔會唸辦法送過黎點都好,話「唔得丫,幫你唔到丫。你一係外賣平台落多次,我地補翻俾你丫。」落多次?問佢係咪俾曬啲錢,佢又答唔係。即係我要跌多啲錢去彌補翻你嘅錯?真係多謝佢。一句幫唔到你搞掂曬👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

山行後在「意樂」吃晚飯,看過餐牌發覺選擇不少,而且價錢平民。經典五重天雜扒楝黑椒汁~豬扒、煙肉、煎蛋、火腿和德式香腸,味道口感都合格,下飯很不錯,最喜歡這款微辣、幼滑的餐湯。 黑椒一口安格斯牛柳粒配珍珠白飯~牛柳粒有少許咀嚼口感,配 黑椒汁和翠肉瓜,味道可口,兩份套餐都有蔬菜是可取的。9吋的m0m0 pizza 上有窩蛋,內裏有肉、肉醬、洋蔥、芝士。我的芒果啫喱冰冰,很喜滑溜溜的啫喱。家人的利賓納啫喱冰冰。吃得飽飽,人均消費$72。
