To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為午餐同埋下午茶都食得好多嘢，夜晚就唔想食咁多嘢，去左意樂叫左個龍蝦汁海鮮湯飯，龍蝦湯味相當惹味，海鮮配料都唔差，令人一啖又一啖咁接住食。 （明明又話飽 😂） 係啲飯有啲硬，個味道同賣相都過得去。因為太鍾意食蜆，於是加配咗個白酒煮鮮蜆。個汁內有洋蔥、芫荽、仲好似有落咗少少奶油🧁+$6 試埋呢度特式野飲「紅石榴檸檬茉莉茶」，唔會話太伏，都OK ，可試。 星期五叫咁多嘢埋單都係$97，都算叫做幾滿足～ This Friday, not bad! 🫶🏻

在外賣平台落單自取，揀了兩個食品，其中一個是焗飯，發現揀錯分店，已在1-2分鐘內立即致電取消，卻說已出餐，不能取消，不肯退款，做法非常有問題，亦顯示所準備的食品並非新鮮即製，一個焗飯可以在兩分鐘內出餐，即預先製好，不明白為何不可退!

又到打邊爐季節，趁天氣開始轉冷就趕快打邊爐。原來意樂都有得打邊爐，佢最近推出左初秋饗鍋，有3款可以選擇。有豚肉，肥牛同海鮮可供選擇，仲可以加6蚊就有杯藍冰冷壓檸檬雪碧，加其他飲品就有半價優惠。我就簡左肥牛配芝士濃蝦湯底。估唔到依個套餐分量十足，有一碟肥牛同一盤配菜。肥牛大大塊，肥瘦相間，重牛肉味。配菜種類都豐富。 有粟米，金菇，仿蟹柳，芋頭，南瓜，蘿蔔，冬菇，金針菇，牛丸，白色魚丸，菜……仲有一底烏冬。

今天小朋友學完興趣班，話想食肉醬意粉，甘我順利地不用煮晚飯，去了屋企樓下餐廳醫肚，呢間餐廳是我心中高質的茶餐廳，呢二款都係必點之作咖哩牛腩飯牛腩唔肥唔瘦幾鬆口，算係高質材料，配上咖哩汁口感實在令人食指大動咖哩汁入面有好多材料，例如薯仔洋蔥青椒等等，再加上有淡淡的椰香味，用來送飯簡直一流焗芝士肉醬意粉意粉係即叫即製焗出嚟，熱辣辣，小朋友至愛意粉上面有一大堆茄汁同埋芝士㗎，意粉焗嘅時間啱啱好，意粉同埋D茄汁和芝士一齊撈來食，十分惹味
