To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 再講我自己個烤雞茄子百里香忌廉焗珍珠飯,講真,茄子有啲少,不過烤雞就真係滿分💯,走柔嫩路線,肉質細膩,忌廉汁香郁帶點甜,撈飯一齊食,正!珍珠米又一讚,好過常食香米,口感十足!
加哂的巴馬臣芝士焗蒜蓉包,啖啖蒜香夾帶著芝士的香脆,聽日又想食!🧀
凍飲就實話實說,一杯涼爽帶點咖啡蜜味道嘅凍檸茶,真係消暑解渴,滿足嗰種嘅!
意樂餐廳,不單止飯好食,感覺仲好似俾人溫暖咗心窩。下次再黎,我要試埋其他!🍴👀

下午茶幾抵,多選擇,有時經過填下肚都ok,但唔好要求好好食🤣
烏冬又脹又濕又爛。炒野不但唔乾身,啲汁又酸,請問「日式」日左喺邊度?😓真係又貴又難食。
一兜咁嘅垃圾如果只係收$40都算,依兜咁嘅野收我$60真係離曬譜。
之前都有食過其他野,但食間餐廳係一家迫你用QR code落單,而且無flexibility可言,想叫佢少飯/少份量/扣底都做唔到。如果有食過嘅人,就會知餐廳啲配搭好奇怪,你依個汁想轉飯/意粉/其他麵類又唔得。仲好意思收咁貴
店面啲同事就圍埋一邊吱吱渣渣吹水,我同先生食完野企喺收銀到等,個個望完我都唔識得過尼收錢。
算,我當收錢一定要經理級去收,但亦無一個同事去通知經理叫經理過尼收錢,經理又唔知死左去邊蛇王…個個都唔收錢咁我下次係咪可以直接行出門口??

但食落又乾, D 蒜和鹽都無撈云既!! 一D 蒜到苦, 一D 淡戍戍, D 蜆肉有離殼甩出來是正常,
點知有3隻係無開口!! 一係死既, 一係唔熟, 仲要搵到6隻空殼!! 搵唔到D 肉!!! 離晒譜!
