排隊等位期間,經理好識做,請排隊的客人食推介的軟雪糕入坐點餐,晚餐的牛柳無得供應,所以我同男朋友各自散點了鐵板羊扒(7成熟) 及 鐵板西冷(5成熟),另加$28,有埋餐湯及飲品 不過menu可以選擇的菜式唔多,如果加多d就好!點完餐,諗住叫待應留一個餐牌睇下,佢都係同我講,你有需要再問我地攞-.-"餐湯不錯, 羊扒好味,不過西冷就有D"銀"~ 份量就少了一點,如果大食量的,未必夠飽~ 個薯蓉整得好creamy,好好食環境都幾舒服,唔迫~唔嘈~ 餐廳的整體有d似pokka cafe, 不過仍有一段距離!

一月係我既生日月,又係開始食生日飯既時候^^最近好鍾意黎iSQUARE搵食,因為就腳同埋有好多間食店想試,見呢間好似幾好坐就食呢間啦~溫泉蛋凱撒沙律 賣相好靚~店員話食個時要吉穿隻蛋撈埋一齊食 沙律好fresh 麵包粒脆脆的好味道 個汁加埋隻蛋真係好好味,差d要同個fd爭食蝦芝士蛋包飯 好靚仔既蛋包飯~本身自己都幾鍾意食蛋包飯嫁,呢個剩係睇個樣已經好滿意~奄列蛋整得滑滑的 蝦加埋芝士一齊食又幾好味wo 惟一唔好就係個茄汁比較鹹軟雪糕加跟餐士多啤梨雪糕 呢兩個雪糕好滑好重奶味 勁好味~軟雪糕只係加12蚊就食到 抵到爛紅柚子露薈梳打 好多露薈 唔太甜 唔似飲糖水 同埋隻色好靚 同我呢刻心情一樣 睇得又食得既一餐~食完十分滿足^^多謝舊同事請客

在Carpaccio吃過一頓痛快的甜品餐后,漏漏滯滯如行尸走肉般打算撤退,卻發現了這間西日料理,又被造型精美的雪糕們吸引得走不動道,無計,飽飽的甜魔又很沒出息的走了進去…不敢眼闊肚窄,這次只乖乖的叫了兩樣雪糕:黃豆粉黑糖蜜雲尼拿軟雪糕是很日系的一款,黑糖蜜甜得純凈甘香,黃豆粉就可憐了點,幾乎吃不出來,紅豆煮得很綿軟,被蜜糖浸過格外甜美,滯滯覺得過甜了,我就很愛這種蜜豆的甜;雲尼拿雪糕不是很具雲尼拿味,但香滑奶味輕盈,甜度較一般軟雪糕更低;點綴砂糖的脆餅蘸了雪糕也很美味。另一款是造型可愛的黑雪人,其實是兩球細細的黑芝麻雪糕,芝麻味尙算濃郁,甜度適中;不過伴碟的水果就有點對不起食客,尤其是奇異果竟然比漏漏自己買的還酸…粟米片的加入添加了幾分酥脆口感,如是再來點提子想必會更好吃吧。還好雪糕不太撐,不然吃畢就可以變成雪球兒滾回去了…其實這里的主食也很誘人,還有堪比甜品的飲品,黑糖抹茶奶昔啦、曲奇奶昔啦、還有滯滯猴酷愛的香蕉奶昔,嗯!留待下次再一并試了吧!

戲還有45分鐘才開場, 我們受不住日本抹茶軟雪糕推廣的吸引, 還是要進去試一試!好不客氣, 2人各叫了一客$12的日本抹茶軟雪糕! 雖然是特價食品, 但分量不少! 雪糕好軟滑, 茶味夠濃, 可以和日本一般的300円軟雪糕相比! 超滿足!!

After trying too much deep fried food, my throat wasn't in the best of conditions. Passing Cafe Key West for the 2nd time, curiosity got me finally so I came in for a quick coffee. (Excuse me, I know it seems quite rude to write the 1st review of a shop, drinking only a coffee! But I couldn't help trying at least once!) Anyway, not sure if Cafe Key West is related to the other, now defunct Keywest Cafes I saw during Openrice Searches, but from what I gathered - Cafe Key West uses the Japanese 'Key Coffee' Brand . Apparently, Key Coffee is very famous in Japan for training coffee staff amongst other things.

Siphoned Coffee : came at the right temperature, not too burning hot but enough 'steam vapour' to coax out a bit more aroma. The conundrum today? Generally - its said to best enjoy coffees in the 60-65 degrees range, as that's when the tongue is the most sensitive, also because generally, milk coffees coincidentally taste better in this range as the milk is sweetest before burning. Mind you, 65 degrees is actually quite lukewarm for some people.

But for black coffees like here? The sourness will cut in the colder it gets, so its hard to judge the best point of drinking! So for me, I just drink a sip every 1-2 minutes to get a real picture! This Key Coffee blend didn't carry lots of aroma despite the quite 'roasty' character, which is a different approach to the more feminine styled 岡田 Okada Coffee experience. It carries a fair bit of broody and slightly Pu-erh er tea like character but that astringency also came with a fair bit of bitterness, but at the end palate, even before cooling substantially its has a sourness that lingers. Its a fairly strong coffee by itself! Adding the white Creamer into the coffee made it taste substantially better - as the creamer they use give an impressive of oily aromas, reminding me of a lovely, much needed cup of coffee served in the morning in a Business Hotel!

I think for a similar type of Coffee, ROYCE @ SOGO and POKKA or UCC are a bit more approachable, those carrying more aroma but minus the bitterness, but here it is probably the best when used with the Creamer together, as they balance out each other. (For a more Metro-sexual style of coffee - OKADA COFFEE is still my best choice as its very balanced, although it aims in the middle of nowhere, not fruity enough and not roastily aromatic enough. Trying to get the best of both worlds? )
