呢間無印餐廳基本上我一個月會黎1至2次,因為唔駛等位又好坐。今次叫了呢款九品季節料理,重點推介第二行左1的薯仔沙律,味道非常好,好開胃又飽肚。右下角的雞肉亦不錯,味道配得很好。 本人最唔愛吃紅菜頭,左下角的紅菜頭沙律令我對佢有返興趣。第二行加1的魚反而係最麻麻,較硬身但魚味都幾重。基本上佢地會間中轉下呢款季節料理,對於貪新鮮既我非常合適。份量都幾大同好飽,可以作為晚餐。

上星期閒逛了今期最HIT既灣仔利東街一帶餐廳及商店,覺得很有新鮮感,因有很多有實力的日本過江龍餐廳及商店在那裡插旗,感覺很良好,因為再不是一般了無新意的香港的連鎖式餐廳。但是,當天並沒有留在那裡進食,反而行上少少去了合和間無印Cafe食tea。當天選擇了一個比較有特色的漢堡,就是腐皮漢堡。店員介紹腐皮是選用本地名牌樹記既腐皮配上沙律醬及羅望子醬,而麵包就是用了自家既無印麵包,咁特別於是一試。第一次食樹記既腐皮,覺得很香豆味。塊腐皮煎得香脆,配上羅望子醬,味道酸酸甜甜,再加埋沙律菜及沙律醬很夾,自家焗既麵包很軟熟,整體配合很不錯。伴菜是炸粗薯,味道都幾香脆可口。有時食Burger不一定要食扒既,有創意起來,夾塊有質素既腐皮都很Match,一定會為這腐皮漢堡再來。

當天選擇了一個比較有特色的漢堡,就是腐皮漢堡。

店員介紹腐皮是選用本地名牌樹記既腐皮配上沙律醬及羅望子醬,而麵包就是用了自家既無印麵包,咁特別於是一試。

第一次食樹記既腐皮,覺得很香豆味。塊腐皮煎得香脆,配上羅望子醬,味道酸酸甜甜,再加埋沙律菜及沙律醬很夾,自家焗既麵包很軟熟,整體配合很不錯。伴菜是炸粗薯,味道都幾香脆可口。

有時食Burger不一定要食扒既,有創意起來,夾塊有質素既腐皮都很Match,一定會為這腐皮漢堡再來。

是午隨同事到訪了在合和中心的 Cafe&Meal MUJI。在此之前筆者也不察覺 MUJI 內設有餅店及餐廳。餐廳裝潢貫徹 MUJI 的簡約悠閒風格,用上淺色木系家具為主,感覺輕鬆舒適。午市套餐可從不同的冷盤及熱盤中自由拼湊出來,視乎所選菜式數量定價略有不同。上菜時店員會一次過端上整份飯餐,筆者要了一份四品料理套餐,内含冷熱盤各兩款,分別是黑醋汁南瓜黃豆沙律、芝麻醬汁昆布烤雞沙律、甜辣蕃茄烤鯖魚及黑醋醬豚肉。各款菜式小巧別緻,能增加大家食慾。除自選四品,套餐還包含餐湯及飯/包品。是日餐湯是豆乳雞肉腐竹湯,是一道和風味濃的湯品,味道有點似鹹版的腐竹雞蛋糖水。黑醋汁南瓜黃豆沙律的重點落在甜軟的南瓜上,黃豆及沙律菜對筆者而言只擔上綠葉角色。芝麻醬汁昆布烤雞沙律整體食味頗為「原始」,昆布菜蔬味道是主角,芝麻醬汁及烤雞味道反而不太明顯。甜辣蕃茄烤鯖魚一定要盡快品嚐,否則難免會有點魚腥味。配上的甜辣汁以蕃茄酸甜味道為主,辣感很輕,用以蘸點魚肉吃或多或少能減卻那份腥感。黑醋醬豚肉肉質鬆軟度合理,黑醋汁調較開胃,OK喇!主食講求健康要了一碗十穀米,纎維量高,整體口感比白飯硬身見質感。最後加 $25 多

呢度都好近時代廣場,間店嘅裝修真係簡潔大方又環保,很有日本嘅風格,店裡邊嘅嘢都係細細份嘅,如果我好肚餓嘅時候都能食兩個套餐了,日式就係咁樣嘅風格。98可以選兩葷兩素,雞肉非常好食,醬汁濃郁雞肉入味又鮮嫩多汁,馬鈴薯沙律一般,玉子很嫩,一層層的咬落很過癮,另外一個都麻麻,不過沙律我覺得我選錯咗,朋友嘅蝦仁西藍花沙律好正,蝦仁同西蘭花都很爽脆,很開胃。套餐配嘅雜糧飯口感很好,而且健康吖,應該多食D雜糧飯嘅。抹茶雪糕不錯,抹茶味好濃,冰冰的滑滑的,抹茶味香香帶點微苦,飯後來一個就真的滿足了!

是晚,友人相約飯聚。小妹一早於灣仔一帶溜達,走至煥然一新的利東街,竟遇上近日大熱的坤哥在唱歌,當然要駐足欣賞免費表演了!及後,去了合和中心的Muji遊蕩,包香處處,飢腸轆轆,忍不住買了兩個小麵包。黑芝麻麻糬$5圓碌碌的,小巧的骰,芝麻幼粒散佈表層。咬下去,外層質感既乾且韌,內裏密度高,未算十分軟綿煙韌,夾雜了黑芝麻原粒,芝麻味濃。開心果朱古力牛角包$16,拿在手裏,朱古力即融,挺狼狽的。開心果粒入口不太香脆,朱古力味偏苦,牛角包口感也較為乾硬,牛油香氣淡薄。

總括來說, 這裡的食物偏向簡單的輕食, 但足夠飽肚。而且款式亦有較多選擇, 多菜少肉, 偏向健康路線。對於經常吃肉的朋友亦可以初嚐健康之道
