我哋今日特登嚟咗中環呢間四季常餐,梗係要試吓佢好出名嘅忌廉雞湯通粉同埋滑蛋叉燒飯。叉燒炒蛋飯配秘製豉油汁 ($57)之前都試過出面坊間嘅叉燒炒蛋飯,講真呢度嘅唔係特別出色。佢嘅叉燒係幾冧,好易入口,同埋佢嘅豉油汁甜甜地撈飯一流。美中不足嘅係佢嘅炒蛋唔夠滑,同埋我嫌佢嘅白飯偏硬,上菜嘅時候已經唔係太夠熱。真。忌廉雞湯通配火腿炒蛋多士 ($48)佢嘅忌廉雞湯真係幾濃稠,唔似出邊溝左水嘅湯。而且佢嘅火腿唔係一般普通嘅火腿,佢出邊有層脆脆地嘅皮咬落去幾特別。呢個係值得一試。總括黎講,可能係我地對佢有太大期望,講真食完係有少少失望既,但係都可以一試。

佢嘅忌廉雞湯真係幾濃稠,唔似出邊溝左水嘅湯。而且佢嘅火腿唔係一般普通嘅火腿,佢出邊有層脆脆地嘅皮咬落去幾特別。呢個係值得一試。
總括黎講,可能係我地對佢有太大期望,講真食完係有少少失望既,但係都可以一試。
