愛蟹人士今次一定要試試這間WM咖啡廳自助晚餐!最近推出的蟹逅秋意自助晚餐加入了多款以蟹為主題的食物,我這個愛吃蟹的對這個真的是0抵抗力呢!而且現在正是蟹最肥美鮮甜的時候,真的要大吃一頓了!雖然餐廳在西貢有點遠,但其實沙田就有巴士可以直達門口,也可以搭小巴到總站走幾分鐘就到了,其實挺方便的!一入座就肯定是直接去海鮮區,這裡提供了小龍蝦,長腳蟹,麵包蟹,海螺和海蝦任拿,而且更有新鮮現開的生蠔可以任食,海鮮的個頭都挺大,而且很新鮮!長腳蟹味道鮮甜多汁,麵包蟹甘香,海蝦爽甜,生蠔海水味濃味道帶點甜,而且店員都會不斷補貨的!海鮮區旁邊就是刺身和壽司區,刺身也非常新鮮,而且更有我喜歡的三文魚腩可以任食,店員也切得很厚,滿滿的油香!壽司選擇也挺多!再旁邊就是這次另一主打即叫即煮的蟹粉流沙天使麵,師傅下料從不手軟,而且你還可以叫師傅下多點蟹粉蟹膏也完全沒有問題,整個味道就是濃濃的蟹香,味道超鮮甜,每條天使麵都吸飽醬汁,非常惹味!而且可以一試蟹粉比麵多的感覺!接著是熟食區,有新鮮燉好的杏汁海底椰湯,自助餐必食的烤牛肉和烤豬腩肉,外脆內嫩的炸子雞,新鮮現烤的串燒和牛舌,滑嫩的阿拉斯加蟹腳茶碗蒸,健康的蛋白蟹肉扒時蔬,還有最驚喜的泰式蟹膏油炒蟹肉飯!炒飯炒得粒粒分明,很有鑊氣,濃濃的蟹香,另外我還拆了大量的松葉蟹肉一起拌著吃,更鮮!自助餐最後肯定少不了甜品了,這裡更是有D24榴槤蛋糕,外面賣幾百元一個,這是任食的,上面是真的榴槤果肉,而且內裡也有一絲絲的榴槤肉,味道超濃香,榴槤亦帶點回甘,愛榴槤的也不要錯過!還有打卡屬性滿滿的超長芒果拿破崙,香甜的香印提子撻,清香的班蘭椰子菠蘿蛋糕等等。中式的也有豆腐花!而且還有Häagen-Dazs雪糕任食! continue reading

小編平時好少食自助餐,一黎小鳥胃,二黎總覺得食物貴精不貴多🫢不過又到秋天食蟹嘅時候,去其他餐廳食蟹動輒就要上千budget,所以最後就決去舒舒服服去WM酒店新出既蟹主題buffet,平日用官網優惠價唔計加一只係需要$500左右☺️比起舊式酒店,呢一間位於西貢嘅酒店環境係非常之新淨,而且坐得好舒服👍🏻👍🏻依一期buffet主打食蟹,所以可以搵到差唔多10款嘅秋蟹菜式,仲有其他一系列既海鮮同中西甜品,食完仲可以做免費泊車輕鬆行下西貢海邊🤗​全晚最欣賞既係即煮蟹粉流沙天使麵,廚師將一大盤既新鮮蟹肉同蟹粉放係度真係好震撼,加上適量既咸蛋黃醬同掛汁既天使麵,將蟹香滲透到每一條麵,忍唔住要encore👍🏻另外每位包一份焗釀蟹蓋,一𢳂起入面啲蟹肉多到估佢唔到,啖啖肉超滋味‼️假日就會每位包份大閘蟹(平日需要+$88),係爆膏邪惡之選,酒店都會好細心配上薑茶🦀除咗一系列嘅蟹肉菜式,唔少得自助餐必備嘅冰鎮海鮮,呢度嘅海鮮選擇唔多,勝咗品質相當好,松葉蟹腳、海蟹、肉蟹、即開生蠔等等,每一樣都好鮮🫡最後甜品既選擇非常多,中式有豆腐花,桂花酒釀小丸子等,西式最特別係有D24榴槤蛋糕,超濃郁嘅榴連味,不過只有頭一件蛋糕上面有兩粒新鮮榴槤肉,之後再出既就冇了,想食既記得早啲去食左先😈仲有Häagen-Dazs雪糕任食🤪 continue reading
