To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 响尖沙咀寶勒巷嘅 Calfit 係印度餐廳,雖然唔係只賣素食嘅餐廳,但素食甚至純素嘅菜式係多到不能盡錄。😱餐牌上綠色係素食,V 字係純素,紅色就冇問點解 😬。佢哋甚至有 Jain & Vegan menu 提供(要問),入面嘅菜式似乎係主餐牌都有嘅,價錢都一樣,不過就冇食物嘅圖片睇。📷我今次試咗:🦐 素印度式燒蝦 Vegan Seekh Kebab $148見到個名就好好奇係點嘅,上枱時係四條獅子狗嘅物體 jaja 聲咁响燒熱咗嘅鐵板上,色香味俱全。食落去啖啖印度香料味,好香辣,辣度對我嚟講都仲接受到。由於都幾大條所以適合多人分享。🤗🥪 紅菜頭三文治 Beetroot Sandwich $80餡料係紅菜頭同黑鷹嘴豆茸組成,新鮮健康又好味。$80 個三文治食得好飽,响呢區都算合理啦。😀🍰 純素朱古力蛋糕 Vegan Chocolate Cake $60呢個餐牌上係綠色而唔係 V,估計因為個 pat cream 啦,因為問咗店員啲 cream 唔係純素嘅。🍼蛋糕好大件,一個人食就太多,朱古力非常濃郁,蛋糕都算鬆軟,甜度係標準的,但可能係我一個人食哂就感覺甜咗啲,以而家都巿人標準如果減少少甜會冇咁罪惡,但整體係唔錯的。😋印度餐廳嚟講佢特別在感覺似普通西式餐廳,香港人可能比較易習慣,而且服務超好,好似真漢子一次叫哂三樣嘢食,職員會响我食哂一樣先出第二樣,變咗唔會擺到成枱都係嘢(雖然有時 for 影相,擺哂出嚟都有好處嘅 😆)。

今次去呢間印度餐廳,唔似一般傳統印度餐廳,室內裝修似一間意大利餐廳多啲,同埋呢度主張食得健康,menu 上每道菜都會寫明有幾多卡路里,Fat 同埋蛋白質,啱晒注重健康嘅朋友☺️必叫🔽(1)Grilled chicken Avocado quinoa salad$85 燒鷄肉配牛油果藜麥,加小小醋做調味,呢個沙律又香口又開胃(2)lamb keema pav $88呢個 羊肉bun 配合印度香料超好味,小小辣,個包好軟熟 **此餐廳的印度店員個個都非常友善,價錢唔貴,感覺唔差去食印度野梗係要飲lassi, 味道比一般印度餐廳係淡咗啲,但係都唔差
